Judging from your photos, you would benefit most from a lipo abdominoplasty procedure. This would help get rid of the excess fat as well as redundant skin following the liposuction.

Many thanks for your question and sharing your photos. It would be helpful to know if you have had children or have completed your family. Looking at your photos, I think you would get a great result with a TT and VASER/Liposuction of your waist line. The fat can be injected in your buttocks at the same session. The Breast reduction can also be done at the same time if that is what you wish but if healing time or finances are an issue then you can have Breast reduction separately.I hope you find this answer helpful.

However, once that fat has been removed with liposuction, you will be left with excess skin. I recommend that you do your procedure in two stages: liposuction + fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL), then in 3-4 months, come back for the breast reduction + tummy tuck. For BBL recovery, you'll want to be laying on your stomach. You'll want to be laying on your back for breast reduction and tummy tuck recovery. You want to get liposuction in stage one to get optimal fat from your abdomen, back, and arms (if you wish).

Thank you for your question. If you are considering a BBL, it includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. So, liposuction would not be a separate procedure. That said, I perform many BBL and tummy tuck combo procedures. I would recommend getting a proper evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. You won’t be able to rest on your back after the Brazilian butt lift, but you also won’t be able to rest on your front after the tummy tuck and breast reduction. Therefore finding a comfortable position as you recover may be difficult if you got everything at once. Therefore, you may want to consider getting the BBL at a different time. A tummy tuck may also be more suitable for you based on your photos alone, as this would address the loose skin you appear to have.

Hi, This depends on your aims expectations and priorities. 360 Liposculpture and fat transfer to the hips and buttocks will help attain a sculpted hourglass figure, however, this may leave behind lax saggy skin which can be tightened later via a tummy tuck. I don't recommend having the BBL at the same time with the tummy tuck.

Although it is not possible to truly answer this question without an actual physical examination, your photos suggest you would achieve a substantially better outcome with a tummy tuck. You've submitted a couple of interesting photo views where your are partially bent at the waist. These photos in particular support the value of a tummy tuck over liposuction.

To answer your question, a tummy tuck would be needed if you wanted a completely flat abdomen. Liposuction, preferably the 360 with a fat transfer would address your concerns. Moreover, the tummy tuck could be done afterwards if you still have abdominal concerns.

Hello and thank you for your question. Without being able to perform a physical exam, it does appear as if you could undergo either liposuction or an abdominoplasty to treat your abdominal area. In the side view, it does appear as if you have some abdominal bulging from either a muscle seperation (diastasis recti) and/or fat around your organs underneath the muscle. You would be able to get the flattest abdomen with an abdominoplasty and when you end over you would not have as much skin. I would personally recommend an abdominoplasty for the best results possible. You can undergo all of those procedures at once or you could stage them and perform the BBL first and then the abdominoplasty and breast reduction next. Your recovery would be more manageable seperating the "front" and "back" procedures. You should weigh the risks and benefits of each procedure in a consultation with more than one surgeon and decide what fits your goals best.
