I'm planning on a breast reduction, a BBL and either a tummy tuck or ideally a lipo sculpture done on my stomach. Obviously if it's a tummy tuck then that's fine, just not sure what I need. Can all the procedures be done together?
Answer: Tummy tuck, liposuction or both Judging from your photos, you would benefit most from a lipo abdominoplasty procedure. This would help get rid of the excess fat as well as redundant skin following the liposuction. For optimal outcome, please consult a fully qualified plastic surgeon, who has specialist qualification in plastic surgery 'FRCS Plast' after having being trained adequately in the field of plastic surgery, is registered on the 'Specialist register for Plastic surgery' with the General Medical Council and has been considered competent enough to be a member of the 'BAPRAS' (British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons) and 'BAAPS' (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) at the least.

Answer: Not sure what I need - tummy tuck vs liposculpture? Dear HoodyStealer Many thanks for your question and sharing your photos. It would be helpful to know if you have had children or have completed your family. Looking at your photos, I think you would get a great result with a TT and VASER/Liposuction of your waist line. The fat can be injected in your buttocks at the same session. The Breast reduction can also be done at the same time if that is what you wish but if healing time or finances are an issue then you can have Breast reduction separately.I hope you find this answer helpful.

Answer: Staged Procedures - BBL > Breast Reduction + Tummy Tuck Thank you for your question regarding whether you need a tummy tuck or liposuction. By examining your photos, your main issue is excess fat. However, once that fat has been removed with liposuction, you will be left with excess skin. I recommend that you do your procedure in two stages: liposuction + fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL), then in 3-4 months, come back for the breast reduction + tummy tuck. For BBL recovery, you'll want to be laying on your stomach. You'll want to be laying on your back for breast reduction and tummy tuck recovery. You want to get liposuction in stage one to get optimal fat from your abdomen, back, and arms (if you wish). I hope this answer helps. I think this combination of procedures will give you great results. I wish you the best of luck! Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: BBL & Tummy Tuck Thank you for your question. If you are considering a BBL, it includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. So, liposuction would not be a separate procedure. That said, I perform many BBL and tummy tuck combo procedures. I would recommend getting a proper evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
