Discoloration “webbing” post 360 Liposuction - suggestions for what I can do? (photos)

Swelling post-lipo can persist for months, so it's important to be on the right after care protocols. In addition to compression, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and radiofrequency treatments, lymphatic massage is highly effective in the prevention of fluid buildup, scar tissue, inflammation, and infections. Lymphatic massage also decreases the chance of irregularities, lumps or bumps; accelerates healing and minimizes downtime; and, following a liposculpture procedure, can help further contour the abdominals.

I recommend that my liposculpture patients receive lymphatic massage treatments every day for a week following their procedure; twice per week for the following month; and then once per week until healing is complete.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

What you are experiencing is not uncommon with liposuction especially of the flanks and lower back. It can be due to hemosiderin (a portion of blood) staining. It is not known if due to hereditary or more superficial liposuctioning damaging the underside of the skin. I'm surprised the #2 surgeon in Florida did not have an answer???
Luckily, it does fade with time (up to one year). In some cases, it may be permanent.
The more red in color (vs darker webbing) may be treated with serial laser treatments.
