Most incisions are 75% healed by the end of one month. They're 90% healed by the end of two months. Full healing usually takes about 6 months.
Incisions generally need a few weeks to heal after surgery, depending on your rate of recovery. However, they'll need months to strengthen and then more than a year to start fading. All incisions first heal, then thicken/strengthen and then remodel/fade.
