Good Evening, My name is Chrissy, and I would like someone insight about HCG injections. I'm 4ft 7in. I am about 45 pounds overweight. I was thinking about going with the HCG injections to lose the 45lbs or at least 20lbs. Some doctors want me to weight a year as I had my baby via Ceasarian. I want to lose weight and work out a little bit before having a Tummy Tuck (if necessary at that point), Breast Implants, and Brazillian Butt lift. Please give me your insight. I am desperately.

Answer: HCG is a waste of time Weight loss is 90% what you eat. I've had many patients successfully lose weight and they will ALL tell you that it's your diet. There is no quick fix. There isn't a pill. It takes dedication to changing your eating lifestyle -- not a fad diet. Invest in meeting with a nutritionist or dietician instead of injections. You can do it -- it's tough though! Good luck.

Answer: Weight loss with HCG The best and most physiological method of weight loss is by natural means, diet and exercise. HCG injections have not been proven to result in weight los, because the diet often includes severe calorie restriction (which may be the real reason for weight loss). In addition, there may be some undesirable side effects from tis product. Limit your intake of junk food, processed food, and sugary drinks, do 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise 5-6 days a week, and see what happens.
