Dr. Nir is nothing short of a perfectionist. Although, I was very hesitant on getting breast surgery done, (mostly of fear of making my situation worse) I had struggled with severe Poland syndrome since my early adolescent life. I had ruptured implants, which needed to be removed before complications could arise. He answered all my questions and explained his plan to remove, sanitize, and replace with new implants.
