This appears to be the result of tissue/ skin repositioning and tightening. It may improve a little over the next few months but will probably not go away. Needling will not significantly reduce this issue. If it still present 1 year after original surgery, I would recommend touch up surgery with skin redraping. 

Thanks for the question. First 24-48 hours after the operation face will be swelling. After 48 hours swelling will be decreases. Scalp area stitches are taken from the day 10. Final results may take 1 month. Patients can return to work after 1 week. The effect of gravity varies according to the aging speed and lifestyle but it provides an average permanent effect of 10 years. I wish you all the best.

Your photos suggest that the irregularities you see may be the result of the direction in which the skin was tightened during the procedure.  It really is impossible to know for sure without an examination, but if indeed this is the case, repositioning the skin in a secondary procedure should markedly improve your appearance.  It is something to discuss with your surgeon.  I don't believe microneedling will offer any benefit.
