Can a forehead slope be corrected?

I would recommend a SMAS flap face lift and neck lift with neck plastysmal plication.  I would also recommend a canthopexy of your lower lids and a revision upper lid blepharoplasty.  Finally, fat grafting to address forehead, glabella and tear troughs, nasolabial folds and lips.  

Since you had multiple facial procedures, this is an expected swelling and bruising. Edema from forehead lift and eyelid surgery will lead to an unusual appearance during initial healing process. Be patient and get in touch with your PS.

I need to see other views of your face. It looks like you could benefit from cheek implants which will make your cheeks more prominent and lower face look more narrow. I would not do bucfat removal. As you age you will need this fat.

I'm not aware of any FDA approval for Endopeal at this time.  However,  Botox is great for treating facial wrinkles.
