I saw Dr. Undavia for a revision surgery and it was the BEST decision. Originally in 2024, I fell into the trap of going to a “top surgeon” in NYC for a 3mm septal perforation repair and rhinoplasty. Within two months I had a left side collapse and my perforation still wasn’t repaired - it looked horrible and I couldn’t breathe for months. I found Dr. Undavia from a recommendation from Dr. Kridel’s office in TX (he’s triple-board certified) and I knew if they were recommending Dr. Undavia, he must be awesome. At my first consult he ordered a CT scan (the NYC surgeon didn’t do that, in hindsight it’s terrifying that he operated without even seeing a scan of my nose) and Dr. Undavia also determined I had a deviated septum (also missed by the NYC surgeon). It was a very complex revision surgery and I am now 7-months post op, still swollen which is totally normal considering I had two nose surgeries in 9 months! Every single post-op visit, Dr. Undavia takes his time and is such a perfectionist - he has done steroid injections and has closely monitored me monthly. Each follow-up I go to, he makes it better and better! DO NOT fall into the trap of going into NYC like I did!! Dr. Undavia is well worth the 1.5 hour drive from North Jersey for me!

Dr. Undavia is one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. He makes you feel like you are his only patient, and the work he does is fantastic. I am currently 5 months post op rhino/septoplasty, and while I still have some expected swelling, my nose truly looks better than I could have ever imagined. I also got an upper bleph with him and those results look beautiful and natural as well. All the members of his office are so lovely and have made me so comfortable for all of my visits. My only regret is that I didn’t do these procedures sooner. 100/10 would highly recommend!

This is the first online review I’ve done in my life. I am doing this because of the extraordinary care, surgery and post-surgery experience I’ve had with Dr. Undavia. I researched and met facial plastic surgeons for more than 1 year from CA, GA, FL, NY, PA and NJ regarding my deviated and 2.5cm perforated septum. The tiebreaker for me was when another highly respected surgeon recommended Dr. Undavia. I thought, what’s better than going to a doctor’s doctor? One week after the operation I can see why his peers from across the country recommend him. The operation was a complete success. My septum is straight and the hole in my nose is completely closed. For the first time in over 40-years I can breathe effortlessly through my nose, and my previous sleeping and breathing problems have disappeared. Most important, his caring and engaged personality, surgical skill and post-surgery care is the best I’ve ever had. If you have a perforated or deviated septum that is negatively affecting your health…or want a skilled plastic surgeon to enhance the way you want to look…run, don’t walk to see Dr. Undavia. The quality of your life will improve dramatically, and you’ll see why he is the doctor’s doctor.

I’m in love with my results!! I had a wide bridge and bulbous tip. My nose now has definition. I don’t have to contour it anymore and no longer feel self conscious. It was the best decision ever!! My nose was slightly crooked due to a deviated septum that was straightened and fixed, my breathing is better. Everything went very smooth even with flying in from TN on my own they went out of their way to help me to line up anything I needed to get it set up.
