26, what is the best treatment to permanently get rid of the groves under my eyes? (Photo)

Hello, Since I am a young teenager I have these noticeable grooves under my eyes, but they become even more noticeable now, when I am 26. Please look at attached picture. I don’t have big eyes either, the first thing you see is these groves. It makes me look so tired. I would like to ask what is the best treatment for a permanent solution ? Fillers are not my choice, because they will eventually migrate and will just be a short term fix.

I would recommend removing all of the remaining Restylane. Your cheeks look boggy. You may benefit from corrective filler service after that or you might be a candidate for surgery. An in-person assessment would is necessary to have a reasonable idea of what your are likely to benefit from.

You would be a good candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty with CO2 laser resurfacing. Because of your early festoons (worse on your left side), laser resurfacing would be a must. This would soften the transition from your lid to cheek. Best to see an eyelid expert.
