Should I get a revision rhinoplasty that needs rib cartilage in Turkey? Help please

Sadly, dissatisfaction with primary rhinoplasty is not an unusual phenomenon.... in my revision rhinoplasty practice, I commonly use both autologous and cadaveric rib cartilage.... autologous is cheaper, plentiful and of course the patient’s own.... the disadvantages are the donor site discomfort, small increase in operative time and the patient should ideally be around 30-50 years old to avoid warping or calcification

I am not sure why you are traveling so far for your revision.... there are certainly plenty of revision rhinoplasty experts who have been in practice a long while, have practices focused on rhinoplasty and commonly do challenging revisions.... you just need to find one....I prefer my revision rhinoplasty patients to be within striking distance so that I can be available should they have post operative issues or complications
