I will require additional tissue to be brought in from ear? However, reversing an alar--base reduction seems to universally be regarded as difficult or impossible. Can this successfully be done? Will this not result in more scarring? I read this should only be done in severe cases with minimum breathing, as the cosmetic outcome is never good. But I have also learned that as many surgeons there are, equally many opinions exist, therefore I would appreciate your honest opinion.
