How hard is it to rebuild a bulbous round tip?

I need my long bulbous tip back. I use to have a infratip break and round columella. Now my nose is very flat and pointy. I look like a pig and it has no character or sex appeal. I can't find any pictures of revisions where a infratip break and a bulbous tip was restored. Can someone kindly tell me if they have any experience with this and could help me. I've been suffering severely from this.

Hello, Thanks for your photos and question.Yes, even if the tip of the nose has become very flat , it is possible to remake the nose wider and normal with a revision surgery. This is a very simple procedure.You need to have a detailed examination and face analyse to get customised treatment plan, be sure that your surgeon is professional board certified facial plastic surgeon. Sadly, it is common for patients seeking revision rhinoplasty to have regrets even to the extent that they desire their ‘old’ nose back.... surgery is not magic and generally doesn’t work that way, but that said it is not uncommon to dramatically change what revision patients do not like about their rhinoplasty and sometimes restore more of the original character of their noses

The typical problem with most noses that require revision rhinoplasty is that they have been over-resected and lack support.... restoring support to the nose can improve breathing and appearance and sometimes restore people to something similar to their pre-op state

The best you can do is find a surgeon who will do an honest evaluation and present you with a plan that makes sense and addresses what you don’t like...
