I had a rhinoplasty done 2 years ago mainly to fix bulbous tip and although the front profile and the side look good, I can't stand this 3/4 view profile. What can be done? The tip looks long and saggy and I wanted a pointier upturned tip.

I would personally advise you against filler injections as they are temporary and you will need a relatively larger volume to cover those edges. Consider fat grafting as an alternative or more appropriately in my opinion a simple revision to augment the dorsum with fascia or small fractionated...
You are correct in that it is easier to recommend composite grafting for excessively done alar base resection in patients with nostril stenosis and breathing problems than for aesthetic reasons.... the explanation for this is that composite grafting is usually taken from the ear... the mismatch...
