Q: I have recently lost 33 kgs and at the age of 44 have noticed this has aged my face dramatically. Would facial/eye surgery help?
Firstly congratulations on the hard work you have done! Definitely inspirational! The areas of concern in your face seem to be primarily related to your lower face. You have good support in he midface with hardly any ptosis and certainly adequate volume. I would suggest a lower facelift that is also likely to improve your neck excess skin if done appropriately. I would not personally advice you against lower eyelid surgery id that is what you chose to have. I think you are likely to benefit from that.
