Thank you for your question and sharing your photos. I think you would be a great candidate for Breast Lift. A breast Lift with small implant will help reshape your breasts. However, you would need a small implant to get them them to look "perky" . You would not like he result of a lift alone.I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon so he can evaluate you more thoroughly. Best of luck!Dhaval M. A breast lift can help reshape your breasts, making them perkier and more youthful in appearance. The surgery will not dramatically impact your breast size because only a little bit of tissue is removed. However, because your breasts are reshaped, they may fit into your bra differently. Some women find that they need to get a smaller bra as a result, but that’s only because of the new perkier shape rather than an actual decrease in breast size.
It's possible to lift breasts like yours without putting in implants, as long as your willing to accept incisions on your breasts. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.
Thank you for your inquiry and photos. Based on the photos submitted a mastopexy will definitey give you a perkier look of your breasts. A small reduction and liposuction can also be performed to further contour and shape your breasts. Although a mastopexy will give your breasts a lift and reduce the size of the aereola, if you are looking for fullness in the upper pole of the breasts you would need an implant to achieve that. An in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be necessary to evaluate your skin quality and discuss different options and techniques. Good luck. James Lee
Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a BBL Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.
Hi,Thank you for your question. You do not need an implant. You have enough volume to create a beautiful round breast. FYI, breast implants do not and cannot lift breasts. You need a strong breast lift that will give you long term results. As you may already know, skin is simply not strong enough to hold your breasts in place for a long time. Adding more weight to the skin (such as an implant) will make the burden on the skin higher. Therefore, more likely to stretch and give out sooner. Vertical scar breast lifts with an implant look terrific initially, but unfortunately, do not last very long. Traditional vertical scar breast lifts rely solely on the skin envelope to keep the breast in place. The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method actually reshapes the breast by creating an internal cone, then anchors it to the chest muscle to stabilize it to provide long term results and upper pole fullness. Attached is an example of a woman who simply wanted her breasts to be the way they used to be. No implants and no visible scarring. I hope this helps. Best wishes and kind regards,
Dear Mature_Mom_of_3Thank you for your questions and photos! A mastopexy / breast lift, to create symmetry along with some lipo contouring will give you a nice result. It is important that the Areola are centralized and size reduced. The lift will reduce the size of your breasts by at least 1 cup. With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are agreat candidate for a breast lift/reduction. This can be designed to result in animproved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scarappearance. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find asurgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with aqualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Thanks for this question:Your photos show that you have moderate size breasts with significant hanging. Your stated goal is "perky" and this can easily be accomplished by a breast lift - so called lollipop lift. You also stated that you may wish to go smaller. This would be easy to do at the same time as your breast lift, with some tissue removal directly or by liposuction.
Without examining you its difficult to give specific advice but it does look like you'd be a good candidate for a lift and would not necessarily need implants to maintain a reasonably large breast size. What exactly can be achieved depends on the quality of your skin and the makeup of your breast tissue, which can only be assessed with an in-person evaluation. Book a consultation with a board certified surgeon near you to be examined. Hope that helps!
