I am 47, 160 lbs with deflated , saggy 36 dd after breast feeding 3 children. My goals are 36d or 34 dd. what are my options.

A small reduction and liposuction can also be performed to further contour and shape your breasts. Although a mastopexy will give your breasts a lift and reduce the size of the aereola, if you are looking for fullness in the upper pole of the breasts you would need an implant to achieve that.
