Unfortunately, regardless of what your friends have told you, there are no soaps, creams or topical solutions that will provide you with larger breasts long term.  I would recommend that you save your money.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon about options in breast augmentation for natural results that last.  

Unfortunately there are a lot of gimmicks out there designed to take your money, and this sounds like one of them.  Think about it, if this was really an effective way to enlarge the breasts, millions of women all over the world would be using it as an alternative to surgical breast augmentation.
