To address the excess skin that is actually visibly hanging a mini tummy tuck would be sufficient and ideal at this stage in your life. To remove both scars and treat the excess skin above the belly button then a full abdominoplasty would be required. In general though I would advise someone at your age to avoid a full abdominoplasty until after you've had children (or made a firm decision not to have them). If you were to get pregnant then it would stretch the skin out as well as potentially separate the muscles requiring a full tummy tuck to correct, however if you've already had a full tummy tuck there will be more scar tissue and less available skin so it may not be possible to do a complete revision of a full tummy tuck at that point. The only way to know for sure what the correct procedure is would be to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined. Best of luck!

I think a tummy tuck will remove your scars and give you a very beautiful contour/
I would not get caught up with the difference between a full vs mini because in you case the scar will be hidden regardless and your results will be much better.

First of all, congratulate her on an amazing weight loss! Based on your photographs, it is likely that you would benefit more from a full abdominoplasty(tummy tuck) than a mini abdominoplasty. This is mainly due to the distribution of your excess skin. Because you have excess skin above the bellybutton, It is unlikely that a mini abdominoplasty would be able to address this sufficiently. You would benefit from a full tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
