I am a 22 year old female 5'5, 135 lbs. Maintained a 70 lb weight loss for 2 years now. Would this require a full TT? (photos)

Hello, I am a 22 year old female 5'5, 135 lbs. I have maintained a 70 lb weight loss for 2 years now and have wanted a tummy tuck for a very long time. As a child I had issues with my kidneys and urinary tract so had many surgeries to correct this leaving me with a c-section like scar and a scar below my navel, both combined with weight loss has given me a less than ideal look for someone my age. Would a mini tummy tuck fix this? or would this require a full TT?
