Thank you for your questions and photos. From your photos, you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. There is only one option that will give you the results I think you're expecting. That is a complete abdominoplasty so that the muscle layer is maximally tightened as well as the skin. None of those other things will provide that level of tightening, best not to even consider.

After over 100 lbs weight loss, the skin cannot recoil. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Congratulations on the weight loss so far, and I hope you achieve your goal. You want to be at your desired weight before proceeding with any surgery. Given the amount of extra skin you have, I would recommend tummy tuck surgery. The tummy tuck will tighten the muscles, which will give you a flatter tummy and accentuate your curves. Adding liposuction or Lipo360 can contour the flanks and back if there is still excess fat in those areas.

Hi. I would recommend going with a full tummy tuck. The other modalities are most likely to result in loose skin that you likely would not be satisfied with. I would recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon with good experience with body contouring to help guide you through the process.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Non surgical skin tightening devices shrink skin on the order of millimeters. You have skin excess on the order of many inches. Only skin excision surgeries are appropriate for you.

Congratulations on your amazing transformation. It is true that these nonsurgical techniques may help with some of your concerns, but i do not think they will give you your desired result. Because of your amazing weight loss, however, I feel that you always have excess skin. My recommendation would be a full abdominoplasty. Score is usually well hidden within the bikini line. We will abdominoplasty may be more costly than any 1 nonsurgical procedure, the combination of Nonsurgical procedures and need for more likely surpass the cost of an abdominoplasty.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Just based on your photos, a tuck will give you the best results, but you could be improved with the radiofrequency treatment and liposuction.
