I have 20lbs more to go. My lower tummy pouch really bothers me. I don’t know if EmSculpt, Lipo 360, BodyTite or a tummy tuck is best for me. I work out with a trainer and do barre, but still have this skin sack of fat and loose skin. I am interested in effectiveness but also cost/scarring. I just want my stomach flat and the pooch gone. What is best for me?

Answer: One option only There is only one option that will give you the results I think you're expecting. That is a complete abdominoplasty so that the muscle layer is maximally tightened as well as the skin. None of those other things will provide that level of tightening, best not to even consider.

Answer: Tummy tuck Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! The most predictable way to address your skin laxity concerns is with the tummy tuck. This will remove excess fat and skin as well as correct any abdominal wall laxity. The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy. The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
