Would a fat transfer help fill out deflated breasts? I only want to go up one breast size to fill out loose skin I had a breast lift 4 yeas ago. Could I get the fat from my stomach during a tummy tuck?
Answer: Fat transfer? Yes, fat transfer can help your upper pole volume and help fill the skin and improve shape. We would need an in-person exam to assess your fat donor areas there as you are thin. Alternatively, you could pursue an appropriately sized saline implant, either way, No lift needed. Thank you.

Answer: Fat If you have donor fat, it can be added to your breasts. However, the lower abdominal fat may not be able to be used for safety to your skin during a tuck. You look thin elsewhere, so donor fat may be an issue. You could also consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening of your breasts with something like Renuvion.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Sjose, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat tansfer I don’t think you have enough fat in your abdomen to make much difference. You’re better off with implants. Scared of silicone? Saline works just fine
