I don’t think you have enough fat in your abdomen to make much difference. You’re better off with implants. Scared of silicone? Saline works just fine

If you have donor fat, it can be added to your breasts. However, the lower abdominal fat may not be able to be used for safety to your skin during a tuck. You look thin elsewhere, so donor fat may be an issue. You could also consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening of your breasts with something like Renuvion.

Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. Breast fat transfer can increase breast size by about 1/2 cup when done by someone who has sufficient skill and experience. One full cup is unlikely to be achieved with a single round of fat transfer, but does happen occasionally in people who are ideal candidates when done by someone who is very talented.
Cup size is somewhat subjective, so assessing potential outcome using that the terminology is inherently, somewhat unpredictable and imprecise. Fat transfer can make breast larger, but is not a good procedure for changing the breast shape. The results typically do not emphasize on the forward projection the way breast implants do. The number of plastic surgeons who is truly master to both Liposuction and fat, transfer or in a minority. Delivering consistent quality results with these procedures is more difficult than most people realize. Patient should be highly selective when it comes to choosing providers.
I suggest to patients have multiple in person, consultations before choosing a provider for Liposuction or fat transfer related procedures. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of the previous patient who had similar body characteristics to your own. Early five to transfer results can look very impressive, but do not in any way represent final results. Never assume that after pictures were taken after results are mature. For that reason, you should always ask to confirm the exact timeframe of when after pictures were taken in relationship to the date of the procedure. After pictures should not be taken less than 3 to 6 months from the date of surgery.
And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.

A breast implant is a more effective and permanent solution. Also you are nicely thin and harvesting fat from a thin body can cause unpleasant donor site
