When to get breast Aug and lipo? (Photo)

Question

I’m 25 F and lost 60 pounds over the last year. I’m about 20 pounds from my goal weight. With that said my boobs feel kind of deflated and have no volume on the upper half. I want about 1 cup size increase. Is fat transfer from my stomach back a good option for me. I also would like to do some lipo on my stomach potentially so would love those to be in one procedure. What do you recommend? When’s a good time for this? Do I wait until I have hit my goal weight?

From your photographs, you have a large amount of excess skin hanging laterally. The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Also, you may want to consider a back lift if the lateral skin is an issue.

Liposuction of front bra rolls (side breast area as you are demonstrating) and back will make a dramatic difference in shaping your breast; that alone will dramatically improve the cosmetics of these area. And, yes, you could transfer the fat to the breasts to further improve the upper pole fullness and shape. This can be done with a light oral cocktail for sedation relying on local tumescent anesthesia which will minimize risk and downtime (back to work after a long weekend). Thanks for sharing!

Lose all the weight you want first. Otherwise, the fat that is transferred may be lost with weight loss.  Once you are at your desired weight, then consider your options of liposuction, fat transfer, and perhaps lifts.

Congrats on the major weight loss.  There are two different thoughts on proceeding forward.  The first is to be at you ideal weight (if you are still able to lose the final 20 pounds, then go forward).  The second is to attack the areas which are less likely to reduce with further weight loss: the lateral breast, axilla and possibly the upper lateral back -no photo to evaluate this area.  The fat may be transferred to the breasts at the same time.  There is always the chance that some of this transferred fat is lost with further weight loss, bit many times the breast augmentation using autologous fat (one's own fat) requires several volleys.  The belly or other areas of liposuction may be performed at any time desired.

Weight loss patients generally need skin surgery and if there’s any question about treatment options it’s going to be more skin surgery.
Fat transfer can increase your breast size by 1/2 cup fairly consistently if done by sufficiently talented provider.Fat transfer is not a good procedure to change the shape of your breast. A proper breast lift with resection of excess skin, especially on the lateral part of your breast is needed to get the correct contour.
Likewise, weight loss, patients generally do not get Greg Liposuction Resort because the problem asking Laxcity not excess fat. Your weight loss is taking care of the excess fat and what you’re left with his skin laxative and that needs to be addressed as the primary problem.
Patients should have in person, consultations with experience plastic surgeons, and rely on the expertise of providers when it comes to choosing procedures.
Liposuction and fat transfer are not ideal treatments in your case.
