I’m 25 F and lost 60 pounds over the last year. I’m about 20 pounds from my goal weight. With that said my boobs feel kind of deflated and have no volume on the upper half. I want about 1 cup size increase. Is fat transfer from my stomach back a good option for me. I also would like to do some lipo on my stomach potentially so would love those to be in one procedure. What do you recommend? When’s a good time for this? Do I wait until I have hit my goal weight?

Answer: BA/liposuction It's great to hear about your weight loss progress! In terms of a fat transfer to the breasts, it can be a suitable option for individuals who desire a modest increase in breast size and have enough donor fat available for transfer. However, the amount of fat that can be transferred is limited, and it may not provide a significant increase in cup size. Additionally, it's worth noting that fat transfer to the breasts may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results. As for combining liposuction on your stomach with a breast fat transfer, this can be done in one procedure, depending on your overall health and the surgeon's assessment. The timing of the procedure can vary based on several factors. It's generally recommended to wait until you have reached your stable goal weight before undergoing any body contouring procedure. This ensures that your body has stabilized, and the results of the procedure will be more predictable. Additionally, reaching your goal weight can help optimize the outcome of the liposuction procedure. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific needs, discuss your goals, and provide expert advice based on your individual circumstances. I hope this helps, best of luck !

Answer: Fat Lose all the weight you want first. Otherwise, the fat that is transferred may be lost with weight loss. Once you are at your desired weight, then consider your options of liposuction, fat transfer, and perhaps lifts.
