Dear Reserved50174,I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I do not recommend doing both at the same time since you need to sleep on your back for your breasts, and not sleep on your back for your buttocks. Side sleeping can still put too much pressure on the breasts and fat can be lost.
Thank you for your question. Many people are curious about the different procedures that you can combine at the same time. Fat transfer requires special attention and you need to be mindful of the goals you wish to achieve. I would not advise that you combine BBL with fat transfer to the breasts because we do not want you to apply pressure on the areas there are fat. Fat requires gentle handling to maximize the fat survival. Applying pressure to the fat will decrease the chance of achieving the outcome you desire. As always, be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for more information. Good luck!
It’s not what your BMI is, it’s whether or not you have enough fat to transfer to your buttocks. Also depends on your expectations.
No posted photos ? You might hard just enough available fat to combine. Fee $10,000. Best to virtual consult with ….
To make an assessment we need to see quality pictures. I suggest having multiple in-person consultations with local board certified plastic surgeons in your community. There is substantial difference in skill and experience when it comes to both liposuction and fat transfer. Combined fat transfer may be possible. Recovery options may be limited depending on who you ask. Most providers recommend not putting pressure on the treated area abd this makes sleeping positions and protecting the BBL and breast challenging. Best,Mats Hagstrom. MD
Yes, you would benefit from fat transfer to help with volume and shape. You may opt for a left side, unilateral lift to help with symmetry . . . optional or delayed. You look think so and in-persona exam would help fat donor site selection. Thank you.
I can see some slight constriction on the right side below the nipple which you referred to. But yes, fat transfer is a great option. First, I would recommend removal of the implants so allow your breasts to recover to their native shape and architecture and allow the capsule to retract. I would...
The development of firmness or lumps after a fat transfer to the breast can vary from person to person. It’s important to note that some degree of firmness and lumpiness is common after the procedure, but these usually resolve over time as the body reabsorbs the transferred fat. The risk of c...
