So I have a bit of an odd question. My belly is fat and my breasts are 40M. However they've lost volume. Could fat be taken from my stomach and transferred to my breasts to make them fuller? Not for the purpose of correcting sagging. I don't care that my nipples look at the floor. It would only be for the purpose of restoring some of the lost volume for a fuller look. Does fat transfer work for that or would they be deformed after? I do not want a reduction or lift.

Radiation does affect fat graft survival
We use several techniques to facilitate fat grafting these include
Pre operative expansion
Increasing the numbes of stem cells, adding PRP or PRF
micronizing the fat prior to injection
Liposuction of front bra rolls (side breast area as you are demonstrating) and back will make a dramatic difference in shaping your breast; that alone will dramatically improve the cosmetics of these area. And, yes, you could transfer the fat to the breasts to further improve the upper pole...
The older we are, the less transferred fat is retained. Even in the best hands, not all fat remains that is transferred. You probably would retain more with a smaller volume added.
