Could fat be transferred from my stomach to my breasts to make them fuller?

Question

So I have a bit of an odd question. My belly is fat and my breasts are 40M. However they've lost volume. Could fat be taken from my stomach and transferred to my breasts to make them fuller? Not for the purpose of correcting sagging. I don't care that my nipples look at the floor. It would only be for the purpose of restoring some of the lost volume for a fuller look. Does fat transfer work for that or would they be deformed after? I do not want a reduction or lift.

Yes. Fat transfer to the breast can be done to restore some volume. However, many women who are good candidates for breast lift and reduction have lost volume from the upper portion of the breast. Fat transfer is not as effective as an implant to restore volume to this upper part of the breast because it does not provide the same structure as an implant. Adding fat transfer without a reduction/ lift and without an implant will likely not provide the results you are looking for.

It may be a great option for you for the sole purpose of restoring the volume you once had. We often transfer fat to the breasts, and it works very well. We use fine fat particles and use a centrifuge to concentrate the fat.
You should make sure you have a baseline mammogram before surgery because it will be different afterwards.

Fat grafting to the breasts can be performed in appropriate candidate.  Fat is removed from the abdomen with liposuction then added to the upper pole of the breast to restore breast fullness.  In general, 30-50% of the fat transferred survives.  So patients repeat the procedure to optimize the results.

Yes. This is very doable. Fat will add volume to your breasts but it will not lift them or make them much firmer. If this is ok for you then you seem to be a candidate for fat grafting to the breasts. In any case, an in person evaluation or photos are needed for a better assessment.
