Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. The scar and the areola could be improved, however, you may not have enough skin to completely excise the old scar because of such large and heavy implants.

Yes, your scars can be revised but the entire scar area will be difficult to excise totally. Also, the shape of the areola can be improved.
