I am 33 years old, and this is my third surgery I have had with my breasts. I just want them to be even, and doctors don't seem to notice a difference or don't see what I see. I am not asking for perfection, it just makes me cry a lot, because I paid so much and still not even. I guess I am wondering what should I do? Take one implant out? Help please!
Answer: Breast implants Breast are often asymmetric too some degree and getting them perfectly symmetrical is not always possible. However your result is excellent. I would not do anything.

Answer: Uneven You did not show your before photos, but I suspect you were uneven as well. When uneven, it may be impossible to make the breasts exactly the same. Although your photos are not clear and your arms are raised, you may have some excess breast in the lower aspect on one side. I would go back to your surgeon and discuss your specific concerns.

Answer: Asymmetry Good morning, Your photos are a little blurry and it would help to see your preop photos and to know the size and profile of your implants- but based on these images it looks more like a pocket/shape/lift issue.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Powerfulsmartie4356, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Please re-post with better pictures Your photos are very grainy and your arms are up so the breast position can't be accurately seen. Please re-post with arms down and no grain. Your preop photos would also be critical to see your own basic starting point.
