Good morning,My approach has been to remove the entire capsule, explant, and place a drain for five days, and then have you wear a good tight compression bra for 12 weeks- it is amazing how much the skin will shrink back down during this period, and most patients do not need a lift subsequently!

No, the implants you chose are too large and heavy and have stretched and thinned your tissue. You will have excess skin and sagging. You might consider going down in size that better fits your frame and tissue and will not be too heavy. Sometimes, internal tightening can be done and avoid or minimize a lift. Do remember, you were not happy prior to implants and may not be happy if just removed.

One side has sagged from the weight of your heavy implant. Your scars have also stretched because of the weight of the implant. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your options, or seeing another in your area. Micro-needling for the scars could also be helpful.
Perhaps the muscle can be reattached, but sometimes the implant will need to go down in size to put less pressure on the muscle. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
You did not show your before photos, but I suspect you were uneven as well. When uneven, it may be impossible to make the breasts exactly the same. Although your photos are not clear and your arms are raised, you may have some excess breast in the lower aspect on one side. I would go back to...
