Thank you for the question. Although I cannot say this with certainty, based on the photos and given your young age, I believe that the breasts will contract significantly, and you will likely not need a lift. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, Houston. TX.
Good morning,My approach has been to remove the entire capsule, explant, and place a drain for five days, and then have you wear a good tight compression bra for 12 weeks- it is amazing how much the skin will shrink back down during this period, and most patients do not need a lift subsequently!
Dear saguilar148,it is impossible to know the shape of your breasts after removal of implants but they will probably be similar as they were before breast augmentation. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
No, the implants you chose are too large and heavy and have stretched and thinned your tissue. You will have excess skin and sagging. You might consider going down in size that better fits your frame and tissue and will not be too heavy. Sometimes, internal tightening can be done and avoid or minimize a lift. Do remember, you were not happy prior to implants and may not be happy if just removed.
thanks for contacting us! the healing process takes almost a year, then we can see the real result, because its the time that the swelling takes to be done.

Good morning, Your photos are a little blurry and it would help to see your preop photos and to know the size and profile of your implants- but based on these images it looks more like a pocket/shape/lift issue.

Dear dranswers, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing,...
Good morning, You do have a moderate case of bottoming out on your left side. A mini lift is not the correct answer- it is a pocket problem not a skin problem. And I wouldn't touch your right side at all. I correct bottoming out with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal...
