Hello! How can you tell of the skin has been pulled too tight during a breast mastopexy with implants? One of the incisions (anchor lift) does not seem to be closing and healing as it should, and I’m wondering if the tightness of the skin is preventing it from doing so. Throughts? Things to look for when skin os pulled too tight? Ways to increase speed of healing? Thank you!
