Right breast is bigger 5 months post-op, and unhappy with lift results (photos)

Question

In august I got a reduction, lift and implants in Turkey. And the results now are so bad and I really don't know what to do. Can some of you please let me know what to do? My right breast is bigger than the other one and it doesn't even look like I got a lift. The first photo is 2 weeks after the surgery The second photo is 1 month after the surgery The third photo is now so its 4 months after the surgery

Good morning,
You do have a lot of asymmetry and terrible scarring- unfortunately that means you will need the surgery redone- relifted and likely an implant exchange to achieve better symmetry.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

One side has sagged from the weight of your heavy implant.  Your scars have also stretched because of the weight of the implant.  I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your options, or seeing another in your area. Micro-needling for the scars could also be helpful.

Unfortunately you elected to go out of country for your surgery and one of the the drawbacks is that you can not return to Turkey to see your surgeon. I would recommend that you wait one year for everything to settle down and then consider making an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeonKeep in mind that revision breast surgery has its risks and there may be a chance of further complications,
