In august I got a reduction, lift and implants in Turkey. And the results now are so bad and I really don't know what to do. Can some of you please let me know what to do? My right breast is bigger than the other one and it doesn't even look like I got a lift. The first photo is 2 weeks after the surgery The second photo is 1 month after the surgery The third photo is now so its 4 months after the surgery

Perhaps the muscle can be reattached, but sometimes the implant will need to go down in size to put less pressure on the muscle. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
You did not show your before photos, but I suspect you were uneven as well. When uneven, it may be impossible to make the breasts exactly the same. Although your photos are not clear and your arms are raised, you may have some excess breast in the lower aspect on one side. I would go back to...
