I'm left with a dent, ridges, and uneven fat below my belly button. However, I'd still like to loose around 25 pounds. Will losing weight improve these results.

Answer: Options To Improve Liposuction Results User12345. Sorry you had this experience and it appears that you have skin irregularities and redundant skin of your lower abdominal region. It appears from your photographs that you would benefit from completion of your weight-loss goals, and at that time undergo modified, Skin only, Tummytuck with excision of the redundant skin and release and correction of skin irregularities of your lower abdominal region. Seek the advice of a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore all options. Good luck.

Answer: Will losing weight fix my botched liposuction? I liposuction on my lower abdomen on year ago. (Photos) Advice based on photos alone is never as good as in-person examination, but based on your photos it looks like more weight loss will probably worsen the problem. It looks like the fat has been evacuated unevenly and you have loose skin remaining. Further weight loss will likely worsen the loose skin. The only way to know for sure what you’ll need to correct this is to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you, however it looks like some revision SAFElipo can correct the fat abnormalities and a mini tummy tuck will probably be needed to remove the skin. Best of luck!
