Hi, I'm wondering if the lilac crest or Adonis Belt can be contoured with lipo of the flanks on a man body. I can feel my iliac crest under a layer of fat. I'm not overweight, but even with dieting and exercise I can't manage to have this adonis belt. I'm specifically talking about the shadow on each side not necessarily on the front. I know it has a lot to do with genetics. I can feel my iliac crest under a layer of fat. Thank you for your input!
