5 star experience with Dr. Nemeth and staff, The decision to get a breast augmentation was one I knew I'd make for over 10 yrs. Now being 25 years old, I told myself I could not go on this way a day longer. Through mutual friends I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Nemeth. Immediately after my consultation (First ever with any doctor) I put down a deposit for surgery. You look online and you do all of this research.. but to find someone who is qualified you can trust with YOUR body is really a miracle. I am so grateful to have been able to trust my doctor and PSOW. Dr. Nemeth and staff are so kind and caring, they make the experience everything you'd hope it to be. This was SUCH an insecurity all my life, Dr. Nemeth was the first person I ever stood in front of topless in all of my 25 years. (You could imagine the emotion.) On the day of surgery I was extremely reassured by her, this being my first surgery and absolutely terrified of going under. When I met their one anesthesiologist of many years, I truly don't think I could have gone through this without him. He was a crutial player in my experience, and I will forever be so greatful for him as well. Anesthesia again was something I had never been administered, and he put my absolute panic over it to rest. I can't express my anxiety over this aspect of the surgery enough, and to be in the hands of this man was a blessing. Before you know it, it was over. I was up and moving faster than expected. I woke up to a wonderful, wonderful nurse who wheeled me out to my father. I would never have gone to anyone else if you asked me today, 4 months afterwards. I could cry expressing my gratitude, it was worth it in every aspect and I wish I had this opportunity sooner. My life is forever changed. For anything else I may ever desire plastic surgery wise, Dr. Nemeth will be the first to see me. (And my friends!) I already want to go back. (Haha!) THANK YOU Dr. Nemeth, and also a thank you to Jenn & Amanda who I absolutelty LOVED. This was a dream.
I had an excellent experience with dr. Nemeth. I had a backnloft, lipo, inner thigh lift and brazillian butt lift. Not only are my results looking amazing so far, dr. Nemeth makes sure you have her cell number to answer any questions. She called me the say after thenprocedurr, was genuinely concerned how I was doing and has since answered several questions I had when I had them. She even called in prescriptions when I ran out and texted her the information. Her staff are very patient and helpful too. She spent over an hour with me for my consultion, an hour and a half for my pre-OP visit just to answer all of my questions and even her office manager spoke to me a few times regarding questions I had. Very professional and very artistic.
Not only is Dr. Nemeth the best of the best but her office staff is amazing! Dr. Nemeth is honest, courteous and so knowledgeable. She answered all my post procedure questions within minutes and eased all my concerns. Her office staff is warm and inviting, and very courteous. I'll definitely be returning! Thank you Dr. Nemeth for helping me feel better about myself!
Today will be almost 8 months since my breast augmentation with Dr. Nemeth and I could not be happier with my breast! When i first started my journey to look for a surgeon, I went to about 6 other consultations before Dr. Nemeth. I was getting a little frustrated along the way because I just wasn’t completely satisfied with the other doctors .A lot of my friends have breast augmentations but I really didn’t like the way they looked and decided to just look for someone that would simply listen to what I wanted. That’s when a friend of a friend had shown me her breast and I just knew that I had to meet Dr. Nemeth. I went for a consult with her and that same day I booked my surgery with her that had taken me years to decide on. She is so easy-going, a great listener and HONEST. I was very concerned with my breast looking “too” fake and she did exactly everything she could to make me happy and comfortable. She was so easy to reach and was always available when I needed her. Few days before surgery I also decided to go a little bigger and Dr. Nemeth bought me in to see if that was something I really wanted to do and to show me different sizes again. She actually cared and I recommend her to everyone. I’m obsessed with my breast, I remember joking with Dr. Nemeth that it almost seemed as if I performed the surgery myself because they look exactly how I envisioned. She’s just GREAT! Thank you so much for everything Doc!!! I can also provide picture to anyone interested ;)
Love love Dr. Nemeth!!! Her work is on point and amazing! Fixed my boobs , gorgeous !! My breast implants were done prior about 10 years ago. When I moved they had an odd shape to them . Everytime I moved or flexed my arm they would lift up and look disfigured . I lived with it, but hated the way they looked and I felt . I could not wear a low cut shirt because it looked horrible. So uncomfortable! She fixed them and I am so happy!!! Her entire staff is caring and made me feel at home!
Dr. Nemeth is an amazing surgeon, so knowledgeable and charismatic! She performed my breast lift and liposuction and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve with the procedure and happily answered all my questions. I was so nervous to have surgery and she graciously put me at ease. Her office staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful! And what a beautiful office, I have already referred her to some family and friends. :)
Unbelievable! I couldn’t have asked for a more personable and friendly experience. Dr. Nemeth and her entire staff make you feel welcome first on the phone and then in the office. I’m fact, after speaking with Dr. Nemeth for five minutes you feel as though you’ve been life long friends as opposed to being doctor and patient. After meeting with Dr. Nemeth first to do my lips and then my cheekbones I decided that I would never want to go to anyone else including my original surgeon to replace my breast implants. When I first had my breast augmentation 10 years ago it was very new to me. I didn’t know how to find the right doctor and I didn’t really know what I wanted. So I went with his suggestion and I realized I was never fully happy. I wasn’t the right size, shape,or fullness. When I brought up to Dr. Nemeth that I was considering an exchange she wasn’t forceful or pushy. Instead she listened to my wants and concerns. And by the end of the conversation she had me hooked. She suggested what she felt would be the appropriate implant for me. I ended up telling her that I fully trusted her expertise and put the decision in her hands. When I came out of surgery the result was PERFECTION. Not too big. Not too small. JUST RIGHT! Thank you Dr. Nemeth and staff for EVERYTHING. I will never go to another plastic surgeon and I will be suggesting Dr. Nemeth to anyone and everyone!
I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Nemeth and her team in November of 2017. She is an extremely thorough, knowledgeable and caring surgeon. Each visit she made sure my questions were answered, any concerns I had were addressed and that I had time with her to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming procedure. The follow up appointments were equally valuable and I felt very safe in her hands. If I need any additional procedures in the future I would definitely choose to work with her.
So I've always wanted a tummy tuck but wanted to make sure I was at an acceptable weight and had the funds to get it done. I had a number of consultations both at doctor offices and virtual consults but I finally decided to go with Dr. Nemeth at Plastic Surgery of Westchester for these reasons..........her lovely bedside manner, her credentials and the reasonable cost. Additionally, I know a couple of people who had procedures done by her. I have already ordered my raised toilet seat, shower chair, yoga pants, t-shirts, an additional abdominal binder, scar therapy products which I'll share later and some pre and post op vitamins to help me heal better and faster. I also bought some arnica pills and other supplements to reduce swelling and bruising. I'll post info on those in my upcoming posts as well. I am excited but nervous because I don't look forward to the pain and discomfort. However I'm tired of this gut and the rolls and I'm ready to be sexy again. Updated on 3 Apr 2016: So in my last post I mentioned that I bought some pre and post op vitamins as well as some additional stuff to reduce swelling and bruising. I also mentioned that I bought some stuff for scar therapy so I heal nicely. I have attached some pictures so you can see! I hope it wil work for me and help someone else out there. My pre-op appointment is on Tuesaday so I'll let you know how it goes! Updated on 24 Apr 2016: I can't believe that I'm actually so close to having my surgery! I'm super excited but scared at the same time. I've been taking my preop vitamins and will start my Bromelain and Arnica this week as well. I am also going to start colace about two days before my surgery so I won't have too much difficulty using the bathroom. The next post you see from me will be when I'm on the flat side! Good luck to all those having surgery this week! Updated on 29 Apr 2016: My surgery was done today and my entire experience was amazing. I would say my pain level is about a five right now......it does go up when I move. It's exhausting when I get up to use the bathroom but I did it. I'm very hunched over but I know that will get better over time. I can tell my tummy is flatter but I haven't seen it yet. I'll be sure to post pictures soon! Updated on 30 Apr 2016: Although I'm very tender in the areas where I had lipo........I'm staying on top of my meds and feeling good. My throat has been scratchy from the tubes they stuck down it but I've been drinking lots of tea and water. I want to cough so bad but I just can't. I just had to change my belly button dressing because it was going through my garment. After doing so I moved the garment to the second hook because it felt loose on the first. Yay! Although I'm still swollen I am pleased with my results I see so far. Updated on 30 Apr 2016: Today has been a good day. I sat at the table and had a small breakfast.......got up to the bathroom with assistance a couple times and got my first lymphatic massage. I've been draining less than 25cc out of each drain which is great. My PS called to see how I was feeling and said she removed 2000cc during liposuction and removed a lot of tissue during the tummy tuck. So far I have no regrets. Updated on 1 May 2016: So today has been a good day. I got washed up, changed my clothes, got my second massage and sat up for quite a while with my family to have breakfast. I have been having a rough time when its time to cough and even with the pillow it's crazy painful! I try to use my incentive spirometer regularly to help expand my lungs though. I'm now down to one Percocet which is great and I'm taking my vitamins and antibiotics. I haven't had a bowel movement yet but I'm passing a lot of gas. I'm hoping when I do have one the colace will make a difference. Today I'm on the third clip of my compression garment so I know I'm getting there!! It's getting better day by day. I'm just so thankful that I have help here because its not easy to do anything by yourself. Updated on 2 May 2016: So I've had a really great recovery so far. I can now make it to the bathroom on my own and although coughing is still a pain it's getting easier. I've been draining very little from my drains and so I'm thinking I can get it out during my first post-op appointment. I have also been urinating a lot so I'm getting the fluids out. No BM yet......just passing lots of gas still. I apply my bio oil and palmers oil every time I use the bathroom. I've continued to put Neosporin on my belly button and kept it covered. I plan on picking up some Motrin today so I can be off the Percocet. When I initially stand to walk to the bathroom I'm hunched over but by the time I'm going back to bed I'm pretty upright. Although I still have swelling I can definitely see the difference! Updated on 3 May 2016: So today was a good day with some bumps along the ways. The good new is I had multiple bowel movements with no forcing! I as so excited about that. On the down side I had a low grade fever of 100.1 but I attribute that to staying in bed too much today and being scared to cough out the phlegm in my lungs. I called my ps and she told me to get out of bed, take some Tylenol and check my vitals. All was good. I asked her if I could change all the dressings since I'm seeing her tomorrow and she agreed. So I got out of bed, got a second massage from my angel aunt, used my incentive spirometer, drank some tea and got in some good coughs. After all the dressings were changed I felt great!! I have figured out how to cough while splinting with minimal pain. I lean over the bed while holding my abdomen with one hand.....and leaning on the pillow which stays between the bed and my abdomen while I lean forward and cough! It sounds complicated but it works! I'm walking upright and no longer hunched over which is great so I'm pleased with my progress. I've attached a pic of my incision.....it looks great. Obviously I'm still very swollen but I know it will look great! Updated on 4 May 2016: It was a long day. I probably did too much and now I'm exhausted. I had my f/u with my ps today and got one of the drains removed along with the stitches on my back from lipo. Drain removal wasn't too bad........just a quick burn. After the hour long drive to my ps and then back home again we stopped at Walmart and that wiped me out. It's amazing how quickly you get tired. It's a lot but I think the final results will be worth it! I'm still struggling with the frequent need to cough and I'm still stuffy but I'm hanging in there. Updated on 5 May 2016: I had a pretty good day today. I took my first full shower and felt great after! I also went to Sam's Club and to the mall causing me to spend 5 hours on my feet! That was a major mistake.....lol. (No I didn't drive). By the time I got home my back was throbbing. However I opted to just take Tylenol. I mentioned previously that I had one drain removed.......well today I had some major leakage coming from the site although I had a dressing in place.........It was so much that it went through the dressing and through my pants! I think that was because I switched to another faja that is much tighter and The fluids needed somewhere to go. As I always say coughing is the worst!!! It burns and hurts so badly even while splinting. Of course I have a cold so im always coughing. I really hope I didn't mess up my muscle repair ????. Anyway overall I'm doing really well.......the most pain I experience is from the lipo in my back! I'm still very swollen but I slowly getting there. My ps says give three months to really see results Updated on 9 May 2016: Hello! I know it's been a couple days since I posted any updates but I haven't really gotten any feedback on here and so I started to feel that it was probably a waste of time. Anyway I decided to continue because just maybe my experience might help someone else. Anyway, I've been doing really well and my swelling is getting a lot better. I'm still very tight and sometimes I feel myself a little hunched over........it's so funny. I started using the silicone tape on my scar and it's getting better everyday. I'm completely off my pain medications now and all I take is my post-op vitamins twice a day. I took two additional days from work because I didn't want to return to work with a drain. I have an appt with my ps tomorrow and I'll have the last drain removed then. With my tummy tuck I didn't get a new belly button ...............instead I got to keep my own belly button with a new hole in the skin for it. So once my stitches dissolves and the swelling goes down in my button I think it will look great. One thing I will say is make sure to get enough rest because you'll pay for it later..........Your back will kill you! Anyway I've attached a pic so you can see how I'm healing. Updated on 17 May 2016: Hello! Just a quick update on how I'm feeling. I still have a lot of swelling which I was told I'd quite normal by my ps......she said give it three months before I see optimal results.....now that I'm getting back sensation in my lower abdomen I do occasional have some tenderness at the incision site. I've been back to work and it's been ok but by the end of the day I normally have to take some motrin. My belly button is healing nicely......I'm still using Neosporin and keeping it covered. I've also been using the silicone tape on my scar and I'm hoping it will help with the healing process. I've had days when I've questioned my decision to do this because I can't see the instant results I want.......but then I look at my before pics and what I am now even when I'm not 100% healed and then it all goes away! This is truly a process that requires patience! I've included some pics to show my progress. Updated on 21 May 2016: I'm doing well so far and starting to see the transformation. It's definitely been a roller of emotions but I'm starting to see it just requires time. I've seen pics of people with almost immediate results after a tt and I wanted the same for myself. I questioned my choice of surgeon at times and wondered if she did something wrong. Unfortunately everybody's build and recovery is different.........just be sure to watch what you eat and give it the time required to see results. I curves on my right side have come in nicely but there is still some swelling on the left.......at first I was nervous but I know it will bet better with time. The pouch above my scar is still there but it seems to be getting better. Here are some pics of my progress........ Updated on 25 May 2016: Hi ladies! I just wanted to give a quick update about how I'm feeling. So far I'm really happy with the way I'm coming along. My curves are continuing to come along and I'm so happy to get dressed! Everything looks better without a fat belly. I've been eating healthy and I've lost 10 pounds since the surgery! I can't wait till I am able to excercise. I'm currently using mederma at night and selevax during the day for my scar therapy. I never go without my silicone tape and I keep compression on at all times. Please feel free to ask any questions! Updated on 27 May 2016: Hi ladies! Today officially makes a month since my surgery.....I can't believe that 4 weeks ago I was in bed hunched over and in pain! Today I'm still amazed at the transformation that is happening. I used to buy a size 10 pants to cover my roles and today I bought a size 6!!! Omg it's amazing and I'm so happy I made the decision to do this. If I'm this pleased now I'm anxious to see how I'll feel in two more months. I still have numbness below my belly button but i do feel some sensation coming back. I also still have some soreness in my back and sides from the lipo but that's normal and will get better with time. Also I do have some tenderness on at my incision site when I massage the scar cream but that's all part of the healing process. If you're thinking of doing it find a great surgeon and do it! You'll be glad you did! Updated on 1 Jun 2016: Hi ladies! Just a quick update on how I'm feeling. So far I'm doing really well. Going back to normal slowly but surely. My curves are coming in like crazy! I can't believe the transformation and I'm so pleased with my results so far. I'm still eating healthy and I've completed my post op pill regimen. I plan on taking a daily multivitamin just to keep my body healing well. The swelling is still there but getting better everyday. I have to wear my compression garment till July 12th when I see my doctor again but I'll still have half the summer to enjoy my new body! I plan on hitting the gym as soon as I can to keep everything good and tight! Updated on 7 Jun 2016: Hello ladies! Just a quick update to let you know how I'm feeling. So far I continue to heal very well. The mederma and silicone tape are working wonders and my scar is healing nicely. What I've been doing is applying the mederma to the scar.....let it air dry......put on the silicone tape......then cover it with paper tape to ensure it gets more compression and that it doesn't move. So far that has worked great and the paper tape makes it easier to reuse the silicone tape. The swelling is still there but definitely getting better. My belly button is healing nicely and I have no regrets here. The pics I've included are with my dressings in place but I promise to take pics showing the scars in my next post!
I was obese as a child and lost approximately 100 pounds in my late teens/early 20s. I have always had some remaining pockets of fat and loose skin, but found those issues mostly tolerable when I was younger. However, the skin laxity has become more of a concern as I have entered my 40s. I have also gained some of the weight back, and although I don't mind some of the extra curves, some of them are in all the wrong places! I initially went to see Dr. Nemeth (along with a few other doctors) to discuss the possibility of a tummy tuck and liposuction of the upper arms and back. I have some loose skin on the arms and back as well, but I wasn't willing to accept scars in those areas. Most of the other doctors simply said they would do the tummy tuck, but after taking a look at my skin, Dr. Nemeth recommended the Renuvion procedure, with which I was previously unfamiliar. I decided immediately that whatever I chose to do, I wanted Dr. Nemeth to be my surgeon - she was incredibly patient and kind, and took her time explaining all of the various options and answering all of my millions of questions. I came away from our first meeting with a plan to do the TT and lipo with Renuvion on my upper arms and flanks, but I wanted to research Renuvion further before making a commitment. Upon researching Renuvion I was extremely impressed by the skin tightening results in before-and-after photos, and not just those from the company's website. I had previously researched procedures like Bodytite, etc., but hadn't found anything that really gave the results I was hoping for. I was still torn between trying Renuvion and going ahead with the full tummy tuck, so I scheduled a second meeting with Dr. Nemeth to discuss my options. She explained that without the TT, she could do much more in terms of lipo, and could address other areas of concern that I previously thought I would just have to live with if I wasn't willing to accept a scar (my inner thighs, for instance, where I have large pockets of fat and quite a bit of loose skin). She also said that if she did lipo of the belly areas first, the outcome of a TT later would be better (but that I may find it unnecessary if the Renuvion results are good). Obviously, Renuvion is much less predictable than a skin tightening surgery, but she felt that in my case it was worth trying first, in the hope of avoiding the longer recovery and scarring from a TT (or thigh lift, etc.). The recovery has always been a sticking point for me with the TT, so I decided to follow her advice and try the lipo-Renuvion combo. I figured it would make sense to have as many areas as possible addressed in one go, so I will be having my upper arms, back (bra line/axial), flanks, belly and inner thighs treated, along with my chin/neck (I don't have much excess fat there but I do have sagging skin, which she thinks Renuvion can help address). I am nervous, but very excited! My surgery is scheduled for 11/16 - will update with pics as things progress. Updated on 15 Nov 2020: Had a quick pre-op with Dr. Nemeth and her team on Thursday - they are all such lovely people. Dr. Nemeth addressed the concerns I had about the chin/neck treatment and I decided to go ahead with it. I understand the risks but I think they are worth the potential reward in my case. I started taking arnica on Thursday as well, and now I'm just resting and hydrating for Monday! I took measurements and photos this morning - THAT was an eye-opener (especially the back view, yikes!). I am 5'11.5" tall and weighed 213.5 lbs today. The lowest weight I have ever really been able to maintain (in my late 20s-early 30s) is around 180-185, but now that I'm in my 40s I think 190-195 is a more realistic goal, especially since I now lift weights and carry quite a bit more muscle than I used to (not that you would know it from looking at the photos, oy). I plan to try to lose an additional 15-20 pounds post-surgery, depending upon the results and the look of my breasts and face (my breasts get extremely saggy when I get under 200 pounds and my face has started doing the same as I have gotten older). My measurements (taken in the pictured undergarments) were as follows: Waist (low-navel-narrow): 40-37-33.5 Hips (widest area): 45 Underbust (not expanded/expanded): 34.5/36 Full Bust (not expanded/expanded): 43/45 Overbust (not expanded/expanded): 42/44 Overbust including upper arms/shoulders: 53 Upper thigh (thickest area): 27 Upper arm (thickest area): 15 Updated on 18 Nov 2020: I survived the procedure and everything seems to have gone well! I'm very bruised and sore, though not as much so as I was anticipating. My chin actually doesn't hurt at all, although the head wrap I am wearing is incredibly annoying. Arms and legs aren't too painful either - back/torso is definitely the worst. I took percocet for the first 24 hours afterwards but I don't think I will need it today. Going in tomorrow for my first post-op! Updated on 13 Dec 2020: I am four weeks out from surgery and feeling terrific! I saw Dr. Nemeth a few days ago and she was very pleased with my results and progress. She said I could stop wearing the strap around my chin (THANK GOD - this was my least favorite part of the entire experience) but that I should move into a second-stage garment for the rest of my body and wear it for another 4-5 weeks, until my next appointment. I was REALLY looking forward to sleeping without compression but I'll live ;). I took photos and measurements today and I really can't believe how great things are already looking and feeling. My thigh chub rub is virtually gone and the bra and belly overhang is vastly improved. Dr. Nemeth said there is still a lot of swelling to go down so I think I am going to be over the moon when it's all said and done!!!! New Measurements (again taken in pictured undergarments): Waist (low-navel-narrow): 39-34.5-32.5 Hips (widest area): 43 Underbust (not expanded/expanded): 33.5/36 Full Bust (not expanded/expanded): 41/44 Overbust (not expanded/expanded): 38/41 Overbust including upper arms/shoulders: 52 Upper thigh (thickest area): 25 Upper arm (thickest area): 14.5 Old measurements for comparison: Waist (low-navel-narrow): 40-37-33.5 Hips (widest area): 45 Underbust (not expanded/expanded): 34.5/36 Full Bust (not expanded/expanded): 43/45 Overbust (not expanded/expanded): 42/44 Overbust including upper arms/shoulders: 53 Upper thigh (thickest area): 27 Upper arm (thickest area): 15 Updated on 17 Jan 2021: I had a two-month follow-up with Dr. Nemeth on 1/14/21 and she gave me the green light to stop wearing compression garments. HALLELUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! The second stage garment was TIGHT and really bothersome at night. Anyway, changes over the last month have been more subtle but I am still shrinking (at least around the waist), slowly but surely. My measurements are as follows: New Measurements (again taken in pictured undergarments): Waist (low-navel-narrow): 39-34-31.75 Hips (widest area): 43 Underbust (not expanded/expanded): 33.5/36 Full Bust (not expanded/expanded): 41/44 Overbust (not expanded/expanded): 38/41 Overbust including upper arms/shoulders: 52 Upper thigh (thickest area): 25 Upper arm (thickest area): 14.5 Weight: 208.5 Old Measurements for comparison: Waist (low-navel-narrow): 39-34.5-32.5 Hips (widest area): 43 Underbust (not expanded/expanded): 33.5/36 Full Bust (not expanded/expanded): 41/44 Overbust (not expanded/expanded): 38/41 Overbust including upper arms/shoulders: 52 Upper thigh (thickest area): 25 Upper arm (thickest area): 14.5 Weight: 207.5 I am really happy with the way my waist and inner thighs are looking. My upper arms and axial area are showing less dramatic improvement than I was hoping for, but there was far less compression there than around my torso and legs, so I am hoping that those areas will improve further as time goes on. I plan to try to lose an additional 10-15 pounds before my next appointment in May, which should also help. I took another set of photos in the same clothes as my before pics, which I think shows quite a dramatic improvement in overall contours under clothing!
Hi— Thank you for the question and pictures. You have loose skin and abdominal wall laxity localized just around your belly button and really no where else—a testament to how well your body has bounced back after 3 pregnancies. I think you can benefit from a tummy tuck so we can unfurl and remove the loose skin, repair the rectus muscle separation, and fix your belly button. The one caveat would be that in addition to the traditional tummy tuck scar, you would also have a vertical scar below your belly button. If you can accept these scars, then I think you would have a nice improvement. Wishing you the best! Dr. Nemeth
Hi— These are common areas of concern for most women, so many plastic surgeons will likely be able to perform this for you. The key for finding the right surgeon is someone who is not only board-certified and well-versed in cosmetic surgery, but also good at listening to your concerns and explaining the type of results you may expect. Good luck! Dr. Nemeth
Hi— In my observation, you have low positioned breasts (they sit low on your chest, but your nipple-areolar complexes are relatively centered on your breast. One option for someone who, like you, who wants the fullness of an implant and to minimize scarring, is to do a breast augmentation alone. I believe this will fill your breast envelope and give you more superior fullness as well as a certain degree of a “lift.” A more formal lift can be added for improved nipple and glandular position and / or to create symmetry if the implant alone doesn’t give you the results you desire. To answer your question about breast feeding, the majority of women (who could have breast fed before the surgery) are able to breastfeed after a lift and/ or augmentation. Of course, an in-person consultation is essential to discussing your options with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck! Dr. Nemeth
Hi— It is difficult to adequately assess your concerns with these pictures alone. Some procedures that can improve buttock shape and remedy loose skin include a lower body lift, a buttock lift, an autoaugmentation, liposuction with fat grafting, and / or a combination of these. Please seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is familiar with body contouring after massive weight loss. Best of luck, Dr. Nemeth
Hi— Thank you for your question and photos. I would need an in-person exam to determine the position of your implants and their relationship to your inframammary fold, their degree of asymmetry, and any evidence of hardening or contracture. Depending on these factors as well as the past modalities that were attempted to achieve the symmetry you desire, breast implant revision may still be able to provide you with a better appearance. As always, seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon who can listen to your concerns and provide you with realistic expectations. Best, Dr. Nemeth
