After sending my photos to several surgeons I have received responses that I have poor abdomen laxity. Surgeon: "You appear to have some abdominal wall laxity, either due to previous pregnancy or a preponderance of intra-abdominal fat, so I would not predict a completely flat tummy for you after liposuction." Please note that I have NEVER BEEN PREGNANT. What are the opinions of other surgeons? Can I achieve a flat tummy despite these concerns? Any suggestions for how I may fix this? Many thanks.
