I have Issues with fat transfer from abdomen due to "abdominal wall laxity"? Any suggestions to fix this?

Thanks for your question.  An in-person exam would be helpful to determine 1) how much of your contour is from fat versus 2) degree of abdominal wall laxity or 3) internal fat.  Abdominal wall laxity can occur with pregnancy, weight increase, or just plain old aging.
From your pictures, you do have evidence of fat that may be amenable to liposuction.  This alone won’t correct laxity, so if that’s still an issue or the main contributing factor to your contour, then that would have to be assessed.  In these cases, I have offered some patients a first stage liposuction to deflate the areas of fat and to improve contour followed by a planned second stage tummy tuck (with tightening of the abdominal wall / rectus plication).  Some patients are satisfied with just the liposuction, so that could very well be you!  Again, it all depends on your expectations, your exam, and the discussion with your board-certified plastic surgeon.
