Ikorodu73.   I appreciate your concern and good job with the weight-loss. First off, achieve your target weight and stay at that weight for several months prior to undergoing surgery. As long as you do not have redundant skin of your lower abdomen, liposuction and skin resection of the pubic area above your penis appears to be your best option. Seek the advice of a board-certified plastic surgeon in your region to explore all options. Good luck. 

 First stabilize your weight. After that it is likely that there will be excess skin which is more than what is  shown in the photo. You will probably need removal of excess skin and perhaps some reduction of fat in the pubic area. The procedure is  not complicated and can be done easily by a  board  certified plastic surgeon. The cost will vary according to the extent of the surgery.
