I am looking to get a pubic liposuction and excision done. Was wondering about prices and advice on if that procedure is necessary for me. I am a former offensive lineman and I have lost about 80 pounds and I am still dropping weight. I have alot of excess fat and skin in my pubic area. I still have about 6 inches of erect length outside my fatty pubic area but I can feel another two under my pad. What procedure is best for revealing this

Thank you for your question and pictures. You can have excellent improvement with what I like to call microsuction. This is liposuction done with a very thin cannula. The incisions are at the corner of your mouth, so they are not visible. This can be done under local anesthesia.

Alidod.  Swelling after any type of liposuction is normal and will resolve over time. I have never prescribed Lasix or any other diuretics after liposuction surgery to reduce swelling, and this is extremely unusual. If you have medical issues that require a diuretic, that is a different story. ...
