From your photos I would say that you would need the smallest amount of filler injected in to your cupid's bow to help enhance its shape.
A filler such as Juvederm or Volbella in this area should give you the result that you are looking for. This is done in the office. It is not permanent, however.Hope that helps.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. As you need not add substantial amounts of volume to your lips I would recommend a thin hyaluronic acid based dermal filler such as Volbella to add definition. Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to maximize your results.
Yes, you can get a more defined cupid's bow. Technique will be important here, so you will want someone meticulous. I recommend using cannulas with injections. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
pc103. If the photo of your lips is the one on the far right, your upper lip is already quite full, and I would certainly not add filler. It appears to be significantly fuller than your lower lip, and filler would increase that discrepancy. Your Cupid's bow is already reasonably well defined, filler may actually blunt it. I recommend that you do nothing. Good luck!
I would have to see you to be sure, but I think a thin particle HA dermal filler would give you a more defined cupid's bow area. I would consider either Restylane Silk, Belotero or Volbella. See an experienced injector please.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
You have wonderfully fully lips and I agree that some subtle use of fillers such as Restylane Kysse or Restylane would benefit their appearance. The lips are highly vascular so make sure you seek advice from a practitioner with lots of experience in lip fillers.
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. Based on your photos, I would recommend careful placement of a small amount of a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. Please be sure to see an expert injector for an in-person consultation to fully discuss your goals and expectations in order to determine the best treatment plan. Hope this helps and best wishes!
pc103,Since your lips are already naturally full, I recommend addressing the edges of lip with a filler like Vobella or Restylane Silk to increase the definition and adding a little to enhance your existing philtral colums. Best of luck!
If the picture on the far right is yours, it appears that the Cupid's bow is pretty well defined. I would only add something along the lines of Volbella to your philtral columns to enhance the definition there. But very slight and conservatively as your upper lip is very full already. Good Luck,

Hi, I have performed many lip augmentation procedures using dermal fillers or lip implants for over 30 years. From the photos, your upper lip is concave on either side of the midline and is somewhat larger in volume compared to your lower lip which makes the lips appear out of...
Hi, Personally I do not think surgery will necessarily help looking at your photos. In order to define the vermillion border I would recommend you see a semi-permanent make-up artist and have the lip tattooed. I have seen some fantastic results in the hands of skilled technicians.
