Hi, great question. CoolSculpting targets subcutaneous fat, that's the pinchable fat between your skin and the muscle. Visceral fat is under the abdominal muscle around your internal organs. Only diet and exercise can help reduce visceral fat.

Hi, great question and thank you for including pictures. CoolSculpting is a great option for someone with a lean body but has an area of stubborn fat they would like to eliminate. Generally speaking if its pinchable fat it can be treated with CoolSculpting. Based on your pictures It looks as though you would be a great candidate but the best way to find out is by having a consultation with a Coolsculpting specialist.

Hi, Great question! Pico Way has four times the amount of energy (200mj for Pico Way and 50mj for Pico Sure) and better depth of penetration. We have had our Pico Way for a few years now and it is the gold standard for tattoo removal. Hope this helps!

Hi, Great question. You are an excellent candidate for Infini Microneedling RF combined with filler and subcision. You can expect to improve the appearance of the acne scars after four treatments of the Infini. Then you and provider can evaluate and assess what other parts of the Treatment Plan might be effective whether it's subcision or injections. C02 is an amazing device for acne scars. We love the Candela C02Re and the wide range of treatment parameters can be used on our patients. A Skin type assessment would be needed to see if you are a good candidate for C02. Hope that helps!

Hi, Great question. Depending on your skin type on the Fitzpatrick Scale from I - VI you may be a good candidate to treat that spot with Pico Way. A better choice would be to use the Zoom handpiece to spot treat and pick the appropriate and safe wavelength based on your skin type. Warmer skin types may be safe to use the nD:YAG 1064nm wavelength on the Pico Way, while fair skinned patients can use the 532nm wavelength which specific targets pigment. Hope that helps!

Thanks for posting the pictures.  While an in-person consultation is essential, it is very helpful in answering your question.  In the office we can do 3D imaging to help you see possible results.With constricted breasts, you may be limited in the size of implants that we can use and the surgery will be a little more involved to help release the constricted tissue, but generally we can achieve an excellent result.Good Luck

It is important to be very conservative with skin removal for lower eyelid surgery.  The risk is that removing too much skin will lead to a change in shape or positioning of the lower eyelid margin.  In most people, removing or rearranging the fat and then performing laser or chemical peel on the skin can give a great result.  For those with excess skin, then a skin pinch or conservative skin excision may be considered. 

Based on your pictures you look like you would be a good candidate for neck liposuction.  However, you may also want to augment your chin with an implant or dermal filler help enhance the result.  Also, in general, when taking photos try to get in the habit of extending your chin forward and dropping your shoulders which may feel awkward, but will enhance the appearance of the neck and jawline. 

The under eye area is complicated and needs to be addressed in the 3 dimensions.  First, adding filler can help with any contour or volume deficits.  Second, treatment with Botox can help with dynamic lines and also improve the static lines.  Finally, skin resurfacing with laser, chemical peel or other energy technology can help smooth and strengthen the skin.
