How can I repair the upper vermillion border? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Unfortunately only an in-person examination to assess your tissues can offer definite advice as this is a very difficult problem to correct.  Because the burn damaged key anatomic units of your lips it will be very difficulty to ever achieve symmetry to your unaffected left side.  You may be able to excise the scar tissue to help increased red show but you would lose the "white roll" of the upper lip which would also be noticeable.  I would recommend seeing an ASPS surgeon in consultation to assess your best surgical options.  Hope this helps.

Personally I do not think surgery will necessarily help looking at your photos.  In order to define the vermillion border I would recommend you see a semi-permanent make-up artist and have the lip tattooed.  I have seen some fantastic results in the hands of skilled technicians.
