I don't like how low the middle part of my upper lip hangs and I'm not sure what the best solution for this would be. Also the left side of my lip dips down in a weird way and I'd like to fix that as well. The second photo is my desired look.
Answer: Asymmetrical lips blueeyedgirl. The middle central portion of your upper lip is very full making your smaller lateral lips appear smaller than they are. Before considering central lip reduction, certainly an option, I would try fillers to your lateral lips with filler like Juvederm Ultra plus to balance them out. That may be all you need! Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: How to fix oddly shaped upper lip? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph, and I think your desired look is achievable. With placement of a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler into your upper lip you can add overall volume to help with the corners while centrally it can camouflage the dips on either side of the hanging center. Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation in order to maximize your results.

Answer: Fillers Your central component of your lip is a bit more prominent than the sides. You might want filler added to the sides to compensate for the discrepancy.

Answer: Upper Lip Your upper lip smile is protrusive in the middle and deficient along the sides, giving your lower upper lip an uncommon wavy appearance. Correction would require a horizontal mucosal resection in the middle and fat grafting to the sides.
