I am a 46 Yrs Woman. Never had any facelift or other things Done on My face (Beside 30% TCA Peeling, 2 Years ago). My face is getting Saggy Lately and the things that Bother Me the Most are My Lower face (The sides of both cheeks) and together with it goes this 2 'Lines' on the sides of My lips + the Double chin. I am interested in Something not to Drastic like a Major lift with Big Scars.. I Hope there's another Option with Minimum Scars or 'Operated' look .. -Thanks a lot ..
Answer: Facial rejuvenation You will likely have the best outcome from a combination of treatments. You can consider Botox or other neuromodulators to soften dynamic lines and wrinkles. It can also be used to slim the jawline. HA fillers are a great tool to replace lost volume and add structure and harmony to facial contours. Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive treatment that combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Another minimally invasive option is FaceTite which can help tighten the tissues. Visit my website or a provider near you to learn more.

Answer: A combination of Morpheus8 and ultherapy can help you achieve a more youthful look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Non Surgical Facelift with Fillers Considering you do not want to have any surgical procedure, there are limited options for you. My number one choice for you would be to have filler (ie Radiesse) placed in the marionette lines to help decrease the appearance of your downturned mouth. Even though you did not mention it, I would suggest placing some filler in the body of the cheeks to give some more volume to your cheeks. This volumization of your midface will help balance your lower face and give the illusion that the lower face is not so heavy looking and disproportionate. At some point in time, your jowls will be significant enough were the only way to address them would be for you to seek at least a minilift to redefine your jawline.

Answer: Non-surgical Facelift Nowadays, there are plenty of options for nonsurgical facelift. These include skillful placement of neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin), fillers (especially to the lines on the sides of the lips), and a variety of radiofrequency and ultrasound devices that have been clinical proven to induce a tightening and lifting of the skin of the face and neck (and even other body areas as well). All of the above techniques are associated with very little downtime and no surgery or scarring. However, it is very important to find an expert in Cosmetic Dermatology since these techniques and devices require experience and proper application to achieve the best results. Good luck!
