Are my breasts sitting too low on my chest? (Photo)

Size and shape are two very important topics discussed with my patients prior to surgery. The implants are high at first then settle downward into the pocket to give a more natural result. Massage and a supportive bra play an important role after surgery. 

a properly positioned breast implant should be sitting behind your nipples.  Looking at your photos, that seems to be the case.  You seem to have naturally low sitting breasts, that now have implants.  I don't think you implants are sitting any lower than they should.have a wonderful day!

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. Your breasts appear to have a naturally low footprint. The implants are well-positioned behind areolas. Sometimes Patients do get used to "high" cleavage when they are swollen right after surgery and the breasts will seem to shrink. Each Plastic Surgeon has their own preferred protocols and recommendations but I would recommend ongoing bra support for you if you were my patient to reduce the risk of sagging over time.All the best

Your implants look like they are in the correct position for your chest. In your case, you also have very large areola, which might be worth reducing in size.

Based on your photos you do not have bottoming out and your breast implant position looks normal considering the size of the breast implants.  Ask your plastic surgeon if you should wear a supportive underwire bra to prevent further bottoming out.
