Can I have two surgeries done within a week or two of each other?

Hello and thank you for your question. The breast augmentation portion is fine to do as long as the abdominal surgery is not complex and not an open procedure.  You should be fine if it is done laprscopically and without complications.   The most important aspect is to find
a surgeon you are comfortable with.  I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

There are many factors that go in to safe surgery. The first procedure can lead to subtle effects on body fluids, mobility, and hydration. The breast augmentation procedure should be very safe if done under the right circumstances. I would have an honest discussion with your plastic surgeon to get his feelings.
