Breast implants/lift for woman with naturally large HH breasts? (Photo)

Question

I am 32yrs old with 38HH (uk bra size) breasts. They have never been perky and always grown downwards. I thought about a breast lift but wondered about implants also. I am a larger woman so my breasts are in proportion to my body. I'd like them to be full and perky. Is this possible. I have no children and will not be having any.

Without examining you I cant be entirely sure but it sounds like what you would need to achieve those results is a vertical pattern lift (a.k.a the lollipop lift). This would correct the sagging and provide excellent projection of the breasts giving the perky appearance you desire. An implant could certainly be added if you wanted to increase the size of your breast in addition to lifting them. The only way to know for sure is to book a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon near you. Best of luck!

You seem to have ample breast volume, and would not need implants but rather a breast lift (also called a mastopexy) to achieve a better shape.

With naturally very large breasts, it would generally not be advisable
to add implants on top of the weight from your already HH breasts, especially
if you’re wanting the breasts to appear higher.  This would only add to
the weight of the breast tissue.  If you want the breasts to be higher,
then a breast lift or mastopexy would be the primary procedure to

You could consider having some of the most sagging breast tissue removed with an augmentation and lift. The augmentation will give you more upper breast fullness which is lacking. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your concerns.

The best solution would be a breast reduction which will reduce your breast size, improve the breast shape and projection, and lift the nipple to the front of the breast, overall a pretty result. Implants are not the best option for someone with a naturally large cup size.

You have more than enough breast tissue to sculpt a beautiful, youthful breast.  You 100% do not need implants.  My advice is to get into the best shape you can prior to surgery on your breasts.  If you lost weight after surgery, I am afraid your breasts would change significantly and what was a beautiful result would be less than optimal. Personally, I would recommend a breast lift or a breast reduction, depending on what size you may be happy with. Please keep in mind that, with your current breast volume (and weight) it would be unrealistic to expect breasts that sit very high on your chest. Gravity would always drag them down, and even pretty quickly after the lift. Under this point of view, a breast reduction may sound a more tempting option. Good luck!

First you need to realize that any weight change of 20 or more pounds will effect your breasts. You have  adequate breast tissue to do pretty much what you want. I would suggest a full lift (mastopexy). You should talk to  board certified plastic surgeon with a lot of cosmetic breast surgery.
