I am 32yrs old with 38HH (uk bra size) breasts. They have never been perky and always grown downwards. I thought about a breast lift but wondered about implants also. I am a larger woman so my breasts are in proportion to my body. I'd like them to be full and perky. Is this possible. I have no children and will not be having any.
