Do I need a breast lift and a breast augmentation for the results I want or will a breast augmentation alone work?

I've seen two board certified surgeons and one told me I was borderline needing a lift while the other said I definetely needed one. I don't want full sagging breast but if I can avoid the scars from a lift it would be great. Thanks in advanced.

All scar removal creams are a waste of your money.  I would recommend your surgery be done by an experienced plastic surgeon and use silicone sheets over the incisions starting about 2 weeks postoperatively for up to 6 months, or as long as necessary until scars start to fade to a pale pink...
