Having breast lift with implant surgery in March
Answer: Scars All scar removal creams are a waste of your money. I would recommend your surgery be done by an experienced plastic surgeon and use silicone sheets over the incisions starting about 2 weeks postoperatively for up to 6 months, or as long as necessary until scars start to fade to a pale pink or white.

Answer: Surgery Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well... Use sterilized gauze to protect your incision of any infection or complication during healing process. Also, you have to secure the gauze with medical tape to protect it. After a month, you can start using Silicone Sheets. They’re the best to reduce the pain and itching while they smooth and flatten your scar..Then, you can use Vitamin E oils, Rose Hip and Cocoa Butter too, they can be used to promote healing and clarifying the scar tissue. This products has to be used when the scar is completely closed.

Answer: There are no reliable 'scar removal' creams Thank you for our question. All scar removal creams are a waste of time and money. None of them do anything. For the best scars, make sure that you surgeon uses only buried sutures so you don't get any stitch marks. Don't tan you scars while they are healing. Use tape (e.g. Nexcare tape) over the incisions for three months but don't tape any area that has a scab or is draining until it heals. Leave the tape on as long as it sticks; DO NOT take it off every day as it will cause skin irritation. Taping has proven to work. It is cheap and easy. All scar creams, including vitamin E are baloney!
