Thigh lift? BBL? What can I do to get a lifted and more round shaped bottom? (photos)

I would recommend a two stage lower body lift followed by a BBL to first tighten the butt skin then fill it. Good luck!

Thanks for your question. From you pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a BBL and thigh lift. A BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Thank you for your question and photos. From your photos, you are a good candidate for BBL and thigh liposculpting with possible thigh lift. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Fat transfer to your hips & buttocks will accentuate your curves, increase volume in your buttocks and improve shape. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour and take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).
