I really like my nose bridge and I think it is not too big, but it seems like one side on the tip is indented more than the other. I think this throws off the symmetry. What are common fixes for a nose like mine? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Tip grafting can be removed through either a closed or open approach. The issue with tip grafting is that the soft tissues can contract around the graft, creating a visiblity of the graft.
I agree your goals can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty. Expect the cost to be any where from $6000 to $8000 including all costs. A smaller bump doesn't necessarily mean less work or lower cost.
Most of the dorsal hump is located on the side walls of the nasal bridge line, not on top and this can be removed. This can be shaved down with closed rhinoplasty techniques. After these humps are shaved down, osteotomies will be required to close the open roof deformity present...
