I am known for my skill performing rhinoplasty procedures in the Dallas area and beyond. I take a conservative approach to performing a nose job, creating beautiful and natural-looking results that complement my patients’ faces.

Founder of North Texas Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr. Colin Pero, MD, FACS is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with over a decade of experience treating patients with compassion in Dallas and Plano. Though he performs a variety of facial plastic surgery procedures, including facelifts, blepharoplasty, and neck lifts, he is best known for his outstanding results when it comes to rhinoplasty, facial implants, and injectables.
After receiving his MD from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston, Dr. Pero completed further training in two specialties and has received board certification by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is passionate about supporting future generations of doctors; he is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Texas where he trains residents in facial plastic surgery.
