Will my nose get bigger or appear bigger with weight loss?

Weight gain won't change the shape of your nose after a rhinoplasty, however it may look larger if you lose fat in the other parts of your face.

Losing weight itself will not change the size of your nose. However, if you loss much cheek fat with your diet, your nose can look bigger.
