Most of the dorsal hump is located on the side walls of the nasal bridge line, not on top and this can be removed.  This can be shaved down with closed rhinoplasty techniques. After these humps are  shaved down, osteotomies will be required to close the open roof deformity present after hump removal.

The bumps that you see on your nose are very treatable. They mav require shaving the dorsum or osteotomies of the nasal pyramid. In general, facial plastic surgery is a personal decision. With the advice of a trusted surgeon, realistic expectations can be achieved.
