Can bumps on the side of my nose bridge be corrected by shaving the bone? (Photo)

My nose isn't particularly wide, nor does it have a hump looking side on. Looking at it on a 3/4 view, there is a noticeable bump (sharp bone) on the sides on my nose bridge. Can this be shaved to produce a more soft, rounded contour of my nose bridge?
