My nose isn't particularly wide, nor does it have a hump looking side on. Looking at it on a 3/4 view, there is a noticeable bump (sharp bone) on the sides on my nose bridge. Can this be shaved to produce a more soft, rounded contour of my nose bridge?

You can have osteotomies and spreader grafts placed. That can widen the nose. The cartilage can be septal cartilage if you still have some.
