I want closed rhinoplasty incision. I like the size and shape of my nose. I just don't like the side view of my nose due to the hump. I want to know an estimate of the total fees of a nose surgery that way I know ahead of time before I go see a doctor. (I still need to find a doctor)

Answer: Closed rhinoplasty for hump removal The hump on your nose is composed of both bone and cartilage. Once the hump has been shaved down, medial and lateral osteotomies of the nasal bones will be required, to prevent an open roof deformity. there may need to be a small amount of tip adjustments as well.
