Based on my nose, what is an estimated total cost for my small hump on the bridge of my nose?

I want closed rhinoplasty incision. I like the size and shape of my nose. I just don't like the side view of my nose due to the hump. I want to know an estimate of the total fees of a nose surgery that way I know ahead of time before I go see a doctor. (I still need to find a doctor)

I agree your goals can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty.  Expect the cost to be any where from $6000 to $8000 including all costs.  A smaller bump doesn't necessarily mean less work or lower cost.

The hump can be addressed with a closed rhinoplasty for $5000 on the low end.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the 
 plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

The hump on your nose  is composed of both bone and cartilage. Once the hump has been shaved down, medial and lateral osteotomies of the nasal bones will be required, to prevent an open roof deformity.  there may need to be a small amount of tip adjustments as well. The cost of a rhinoplasty varies from office to office but what is more important is the final result so I would search for board certified PS's who have alot of experience and then go for a consultation and discuss your desires with them and have them take your photo and alter it digitally so that you and the surgeon have the same final result in mind. Removing a bump on the nose will be done through a closed rhinoplasty.  The costs vary from office to office, but typically range from $5000-8000.  Rhinoplasty is the technically hardest of all plastic surgery, so you need to find someone with experience and not base your decision, of course, on cost.

I encourage you to consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon; removal of your hump would make a tremendous difference in the appearance of your nose and make it proportional to the rest of your surrounding facial features. It will cost $6,000-9,000 depending on the experience of your surgeon. Don't shop just price; a revision will cost more than the original surgery.
