I agree your goals can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty.  Expect the cost to be any where from $6000 to $8000 including all costs.  A smaller bump doesn't necessarily mean less work or lower cost.

The hump on your nose  is composed of both bone and cartilage. Once the hump has been shaved down, medial and lateral osteotomies of the nasal bones will be required, to prevent an open roof deformity.  there may need to be a small amount of tip adjustments as well.
