Morgan E. Norris, III, MD, FACS

I am a mom of 4 kids from 18 years old down to 4 years old. My younger two kids I had over 30 and was not able to bounce back from the pregnancies. My PCP told me I had diastasis recti. I scheduled with Dr. Norris for an extended tummy tuck with lipo. For seven months I researched and read reviews to be sure I wanted to do this. I can admit it gave me anxiety hearing the horror stories of people regretting doing it or being in so much pain that they barely could handle the recovery process. Surprisingly, from the moment I woke up at the hospital even to now (day 3 post op) I don’t think it’s that bad. My last two children that delivered by c-section was worse than this in my opinion. Yes, I have pain, but I’m not up all night breastfeeding and caring for a newborn on top of it, so it’s less stressful. I’m able to relax and not do much while I am healing. My husband, mom, and my two older children are all waiting on me hand and foot so I’m just soaking it up and taking my meds on time, lol. I will post more pics when I remove the bandages and get a real look at the results, but I can tell just from removing the binder there’s a huge difference. I chose Dr. Norris after interviewing several doctors because he didn’t rush me and spent time talking to me himself without putting the majority on his assistant. I could tell he wouldn’t rush the process and would be meticulous. I’m excited to see the real results once I heal and swelling goes down. My best advice to those who are considering this major surgery is to be sure you have a solid support system at home so that you can relax while in recovery or the pain will only be worse if you’re stressed. I have the fluer de lis cut which is more invasive than a c-section, yet I’m moving around better already and feel fine. I think the much lower stress level made a difference for me. It’s definitely something to consider. The surgery is definitely WORTH IT! Stay tuned for more pics of results once I get the drains removed.

Swelling is still an issue at this stage yet my wardrobe has completely opened up and I am down two sizes. Even if the swelling never went away, I would still be happy that I no longer have a muffin top or fupa and can wear whatever I want now. Very happy with my decision.

Let me start off by saying I am a returning patient of Dr. Norris! That in it self says a lot! My first procedure with Dr. Norris was a breast augmentation 4 years ago. I was and still am extremely happy with my results. I get compliments ALL THE TIME! With that being said, I decided to go back to Dr. Norris for liposuction of the abdomen area 1 month ago. I had a little pooch in the lower abdomen and let me tell you, even though I'm still a little swollen (which is totally normal) my stomach is FLAT!! pooch is gone! I am so excited to see how much more I'm going to shrink! I mean, it's only been 4.5 weeks!! I am seriously so thankful for Dr. Norris, he gave me my confidence back! he is AMAZING. He listens to your concerns, gives you the best options and if need be, makes sure your expectations are realistic. Meaning, he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear like other surgeons. Did I mention he is the nicest!!! so easy to talk to and so down to earth! Moving on to office staff. I could not end this review without mentioning Nikole, she is the sweetest, friendliest most helpful patient coordinator. She was always available to answer my questions (via email OR phone) and makes you feel as if you're a long time friend! I cannot say enough about Nikole. She is simply awesome.
With all of this being said, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Norris. I am BEYOND happy with my results. Don't go anywhere else! Dr. Morgan Norris is the one! (Pics will be coming soon)

I had the best experience with Dr Norris and his team at Norris Plastic Surgery. I had wanted implants for years and had gone to a few consultations with other surgeons but always walked away unhappy with my experiences. The second I walked into Dr Norris’s office I felt at ease. Nicole was so sweet and addressed all my apprehensions over the phone prior to the consultation. Dr. Norris was way more open and informative than any other surgeon I had seen in the past. He is careful not to push the patient into anything they are not wanting but still gives excellent advise from the medical perspective. (Previous surgeons had tried to push a size and product on me that I wasn't wanting.) Surgery and follow up have both gone so well. Dr. Norris was available the days (including weekend) after my surgery to answer all my questions and ease all my concerns with the recovery process. I would 100% recommend having him as your surgeon. I am so happy with my implants!

He is knowledgeable - caring - professional - has a great bedside manor - is always on time and quick to return calls. Dr. Norris did an amazing job with my procedure and implant placement, and provided excellent after care. His experience and knowledge as well as personality and other reviews I read are the reason I chose him for my surgery. I am so glad I did! The personal care he provided was outstanding. Ms. Simms,his office manager, was always there to reply to an email or answer my calls and answer all of my CRAZY questions. She went above and beyond and is truly a blessing. My end results speak for theirselves! Prior I was a small B cup(saggy-empty) and symmetry was little off. After, I am 10wks post-op, and now a FULL D cup and the symmetry is there! Went in for my 6 m.check up both myself and Dr. Norris are pleased with the outcome! I have 0 regrets! My clothes fit better. I have more choices in tops. Better than i even expected. Prior to BA i weighed 120lbs, 5'3" got 550cc mentor high profile smooth round implants. Currently @ 114lbs!

Mentor HP smooth under muscle 550ccs. From 32b padded to 32 E/F. Couldn't be happier! Although I'm not at a year yet I already love the natural feel and youthful full look I've got. My hubby also is extremely pleased. Thank you so much for helping me achieve the self confidence I needed.

So I finally made it to my one year 'boobivesary'. At 10 mo I thought they had finished fluffing and settling but had not. I'm 120-125lbs 5'3" 44yo. Before BA I wore an illfitted 34b with lots of padding. I currently wear a 32f/g with no padding. I love how they look in about any outfit I choose, more if I go without. Haha. But the only downside is buying bras that fit and are comfortable enuff to wear for any period of time is tuff. Not something I can get at any regular clothing store. Have to be ordered online or purchased from a specialty shop. And they are a bit expensive. But I look at it like this. I was willing to spend the money to get them. I shouldn't be upset about spending money to maintain them. I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary. I am a plant electrician so I'm very physical at work and they haven't presented any problems this far. Thanks for reading my story and sharing my experience with me. Hope it has helped someone.

So April 2019 I had my ba 550cc mentor hi pro under muscle. I'm currently 44yrs old 5'3" and weigh 125lbs. Prior to ba wore a 34B w/ xtra padding. Currently wear a 32E w/out pad. I'm over a year now and I'm sure my fluffing and setting is complete. I love my size. Although buying proper fitting bras has gotten little harder that literally is my only ' complaint '. I enjoy looking and feeling like I have always wanted. And could only ever achieve during the first 4months of pregnancy with a full bust. There is nothing I feel I can't do and I have not had any problems what so ever. If this is something you are concidering I have just a few tips! 1. What ever size you decide on go just a bit bigger. 2.do your research before choosing a Dr. Noone should make you feel nervous, uncomfortable or pressured. 3. Follow the Dr orders . 4. Be patient. And most of all enjoy what you get. We are all here for the same reason. To feel better about how we see ourselves. Good luck ladies!

Quick update for anyone who needs to see longer after results. Things still good. No BII symptoms, no CC symptoms. Still enjoying them 110%. Will say I am 10 lbs heavier now than I was before BA. but the weight is not bad. My body is little more evened out now.

April 2019 I had my BA 550cc Mentor smooth high profile under the muscle. In Houston by Dr. Norris. I can't believe it's been over 5 years. I still feel like getting this procedure was one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Now, as I'm getting older (48) i still have the confidence and feel good about my looks and also feel good about my health. As your can see I've added some tats in the past year. Also, I've found out I have a thyroid issue and my body isn't making all the hormones it's supposed to. But I've started thyroid medication and HRT. And I feel awesome. Once I started the thyroid med. I actually lost a few lbs which I'm not complaining. I had gotten up to 130 lbs, I'm only 5'3" tall. So I'm back to about 120-125. I read some stories on here, not all are good. I feel blessed that mine had been and continues to be. Few things I've noticed, I occasionally do have some back aches, and my posture isn't as good. Not sure if that's from the front weight or just my age. I want to thank all the real selfers that have posted their stories and commented. These really helped me in the beginning when i decided i wanted an augmentation. Decide on size and what to expect. Also along the journey of things to look out for and things to look forward to. Thanks.

Dr.Norris and his staff are great. Walking into the office, the team makes you feel comfortable right away. He is very thorough and will take his time to make sure he understands your exactly goals. He will also go above and beyond to explain to you his thoughts and plan of action. I couldn't be happier with my results. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Norris is the best. He made me feel comfortable from my initial consultation to my post op check ups. He has the best bed side manner and his staff is very welcoming. I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. I recommend his office to everyone that I talk to. He knows what he is doing. If I were to get another procedure, I would definitely return to Dr. Norris.

Where do I even begin? Dr. Norris is an impeccable surgeon. He is so knowledgable, thorough and forthcoming, which any patient undergoing major surgery can appreciate. He took the time in answering ALL of my questions- I went back and forth on sizing for my implants, and I never felt rushed. He truly cares about the wellbeing and satisfaction of his patients. Not to mention his amazing staff! They put me at ease on my surgery day, and assisted with anything I needed throughout the whole process. I am so pleased with my results, and I'm only two weeks post-op! Recovery was mostly painless, and I truly believe it's because Dr. Norris is a miracle worker! :) If you're looking for a top-notch surgeon who knows what he's talking about and ultimately cares about YOUR results, definitely go to Dr. Norris!

I came to Dr Norris several years ago for breast reconstruction due to cancer and he made my breast perfect so I came back for some facial reconstruction as I was getting older I am very very very please with him he has the kindest mannerisms of any doctor I’ve ever met and he knows exactly what to do not only to improve how you feel and how you look but that he boost my confidence skyhigh thank you Dr Norris and Staff you are also very amazing

I'm waiting right now for my 0800 procedure that scheduled today June 1st! I'm so Excited and Anxiuos!! I've read alot of reviews and they have helped me so I wanted to share my story. I lost 9 lbs before and I'm hoping to lose more after surgery. I will keep you posted after surgery with before and after pics.

It has been 24 hours since my surgery! I have had so many emotions in one day then I ever thought possible. I neglected to take one of my pain meds thinking that I didn't need it! Biggest regret Ever!! I walked to go brush my teeth and wash up this morning and felt dizzy and nauseous. And needless to say I can not find a position comfortable enough to sleep in. Today has been interesting....

Today was a not so good day...my left tube was leaking blood due to clots that were clogging the tube. My Fiance fixed it for me but I was still a little nervous. Walking isn't getting easier and I'm still getting winded. But Im trying anyways ???? My parents came over to visit and it was good to be around regular people! LOL

Today was a good day! I walked a little more than usual and I was excited to be able to sit up an play cards with my Fiance! I'm now starting to itch! Which really sucks! I had my Fiance measure me today but I didn't take the garment off so I'm unsure of what the real results are! But so far I've lost almost 5 inches in my waist! ???? I finally feel like I'm making progress!

I have been moving around much better than I have been! My back still hurts when I stand too long but I'm able to feel a little more self sufficient. I no longer need help.to the Restroom!! Thank you Lord!! Lol. I go to the Dr tomorrow. I don't think my drains will come out because I'm still bleeding not alot but I think a significant amount. We will see. Im just happy to be finally leaving the house again! Lol

I have accepted the fact That I will be bed ridden for another few weeks! Tomorrow I go to the Dr and im.looking forward to just leaving the house! Lol. But I tried on clothes today which was the highlight of my Day! Yay but I want to heal properly so I'm no longer depressed about not leaving the house EVER!

I finally was able to get one drain taken out today!! Yay! I was so nervous and it didn't hurt at all! My left side is still draining dark red blood and my Dr. wants to continue to let it drain out. But on a lighter note...I LOOK GREAT and I'm so happy with everything so far. My clothes are fitting much better and I can't wait to get to the final stages of this process. I will post pics later.

I finally got both drains out! Yay! My drain was actually pushing out on its on. So it caused me a burning pain and my PS had me come in Monday to remove it. But is it just me or is anyone else still too swollen for jeans?

I went to the gym today!! I walked 2 miles and sat in the sauna. It felt good to be back working out. I haven't gained any weight so I'm very happy about that. I needed to work out I DoNOT want to gain any weight. I won't do anything strenuous but walking a few miles a day is better than nothing.

I'm so happy with my results! I'm BACK at the gym walking and I'm loving it! I can walk straight and I'm headed to Orlando for our family vacation! I'm still swollen as you see on this picture but I'm getting the lymphatic drainage massages so hopefully they will help.

I LOVE the results! I saw my Dr on Wednesday and he said everything looked great. YAY! I'M still swollen but that's to be expected. I feel so Great and I'm back at the gym going on week 2! I'm determined more than ever to be serious about my body but more importantly my health!

Just had my breast augmentation done and am very pleased with my results! Love DR. Norris and his whole team they make you feel very comfortable! Great bedside manner!! I will be going back for a tummy tuck in the future!
