Breast filler 20 years ago. Is it safe to breast feed?

I had breast filler 20years ago , now my breast have some lump but not pain , I did memogram and doctor said it’s not cancer , may I know is it safe to breast feeding baby ?

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.  Once your implants are settled in their pockets, the projection will appear larger , however, overall they won't look larger after the swelling has subsided.
