Breast filler 20 years ago. Is it safe to breast feed?

I had breast filler 20years ago , now my breast have some lump but not pain , I did memogram and doctor said it’s not cancer , may I know is it safe to breast feeding baby ?

Thanks for your inquiry,  first the wounds need to completely heal.  Then ask your doctor about silicone sheeting and topical steroids, good luck.

I prefer putting breast implants under the muscle in almost all instances but there are many good surgeons who will put them above. Best advice is to sit and talk with your surgeon about the pros and cons of each approach. If still unsure, obtaining more than one opinion may be advisable.

The shape of your breasts will change as the swelling goes down and pectoralis muscle relaxes. The implants will drop and project more. As the swelling subsides and implants drop, the breasts typically look somewhat smaller, not larger.

There are so many factors when deciding the right size for each patient that I cant really say "too big" or "just right" without meeting a patient.  If its any help. the average implant is about 350 cc, but taller women certainly have a need for larger implants to achieve a similar look as...

These sounds are commonly heard up to a few weeks post operative after a breast augmentation, it's possible for both air and fluid to be trapped inside the pocket around the implant. I would alert your surgeon with your concerns, typically these sounds should no longer be heard at 7 weeks...

Thank you for your question.  At 3 months post op breast augmentation, your incisions are completely healed.  The bruising you have described is normal given your description.  Best of luck.
